What does this mean? I can't detect any real mana, ego, or willpower drain when bloodboil fires. Not enough to call it 'taxing' at least. I lose more by clotting. Am I just not bleeding enough or what?
Blood boil "fires" when you would normally receive the bleeding damage message. In lieu, you'll receive this message instead:

The blood in your veins boils, cycling quickly through your body before you can bleed.

It's not "taxing" to maintain. There is no maintenance cost. Though, you run the risk of being "bleeding" out ego which will cause psychic burnout (which carries some variety of penalties). This is definitely one of my favorite psymet skills for sure.

Here's a another, what levels of prestige, if there are any, are above "like royalty?"
Unknown2010-08-31 14:33:42
Looking like royalty is as high as you go.

Penguin, Japhiel or White Hart doll? Which is the funniest?
Esano2010-08-31 15:29:04
Funniest?
Probably the penguin.
Probably the penguin.

Anyone know what the Sileni look like exactly?
Lendren2010-08-31 20:35:34
There are paintings of them in the Spiritsinger art gallery. Ask someone IC to get to see them.

I was under the impression that they were the Lusternia-version of satyrs, but I could be wrong.

Not sure if this is the best place to ask this but...
I've had my eyes on the ring of aetheric quickening. I was wondering what the difference was in speed of teleporting. How much faster? Maybe someone can give me in seconds/ms?

Cuts the time almost in half, basically.

So teleporting to the nexus still takes about 5 seconds eh?

What sort of activities do such celebrations usually entail?
Also, what is wild nodes?

Is it possible to claim Southgard/Rockholm after influencing Angkrag now? Someone said Eventru said in passing on Envoys that it was now possible, but this needs confirmation. Also - any plans to update 'help villageinfluence' to account for the new villages in general?

Eventru told me that HELP VILLAGEINFLUENCE is very outdated, but he still hasn't updated it like I asked him to. He said that now the disadvantage of holding opposing villages is that there will be a passive drain on the village feelings if you hold opposing villages. All five mining villages are opposing villages. In theory, you can influence them all in any order. It just makes it harder to get a single one the next time.
Question: When does Rikenfriez revolt?

The disadvantage is nowhere near comparable. Glomdoring held Ixthiaxa, Magnagora held Angkrag. Glomdoring still claimed both in about half an hour (two-three rounds?). And they'll still get full feelings from the passive conquest bonus.

that is more because villagefeelings are still as messed up as they were when they were removed a first time.
I mean comm quests nice (commercial): only if the village is not owned by your org they can just place guards and enemy you
Influencing denizens easy! (religious): only if the village is not owned by your org they can just place guards and enemy you
Conquest you supposedly have to kill other villagers, unless the passive gain is big enough due to owning villages? (don't know, I sorta figure this one easy mode for glom right now)
I would have prefered opposing villages to just outright refuse taking the sphere of influence of who owns the other village. I mean why would kephera ally with an org that is helping illithoid, it would seem to me as a deal breaker for the kephera.

The only reason this was possible is because no one influenced a single denizen in opposition in either Ixthiaxa or Angkrag. It took two fully uncontested rounds with crusade on every influence in Angkrag, and I had figured it would take more, as we had a -2 penalty going in (Ptoma was -1). Ptoma took a long while as well. It was lucky timing of the revolts for Glom, is mainly the thing.
Edit to reply:

Except that the passive gain has been decreased to the point of being barely perceptible for villages we don't hold - and we are unable to maintain even neutral feelings anymore without raiding an area under constant distort with no chance of escape and <30 guards at the only exit which by the way can by magelocked.

Fairly sure the passive gain is broken. Look at Rikenfriez's feelings: it hasn't revolted for several months, but Magnagora doesn't even have a +1.
