Some power-heavy defs (nightkiss/drawdown, possibly some others) now last through death and will thus still be on you when you exit the arena.
Crow/Stagform?

I have tickets. Do I need to do anything with them for the lottery?

Trade them in at your lottery office.

Short of editing XML by hand or self-written utility, is there a way to play with Nexus settings while not logged in to the game?

What is this?

It popped up on a command, whenever I put in hint that pops up, didn't see it until trying to send a tell to Hintaro.

I believe it is REMEMBER, and a bit of legacy code that used to be used for hints in the intro. It might still be for all I know.

Is there a way to check the time on a watch aside from probeing it and getting the full desc, mark, decay, etc?

You can READ it.

Anyone know if there's any plans for having Halli/Gaudi beasts? Like Celest has Pegasus, Mag has Nightmares and so on.
Or, if not, how we'd get that to happen?

Those are more of "beasts where the trainers live on the respective planes" than Celest/Mag beasts. Unicorns are both Seren/Glom in that respect. Since Continuum is dead no likely options present itself there, and Gaudi beasts are kind of all of them, in a sense...

Maybe, but they're still a beast that is seen to be affiliated with the org in question. As for the Seren Glom thing, well that's a bit harder but then spiders are definitely less Seren than Glom, aren't they?
Yeah, except that continuum isn't that 'dead'. It has critters on it, illumined icosahedrons, diaphanous dodecahedrons and other stuff I can't pronounce or even pretend to understand. Remember, it's only 'dead' because all the half formed that were there grew up, there's still life and energy there.
Kiradawea2010-09-05 16:23:08
Is a clock living?

Of course! It ticks just like your heart.

It's an open question whether they're living, though.
The other point is that builders haven't done a lot of the old beasts we already had, like wombats, and Estarra says creating them takes an inordinate amount of builder time, so they're likely to be a long time before they do the backlog, let alone branch into areas of expansion and particularly dubious ones. So I wouldn't hold my breath.
Lawliet2010-09-05 16:45:02
At any rate I don't think that should stop, say, some scientist comming along and making/finding some new beast and taking up shop on continuum.
Edit: But yeah, I can see this taking a long time
