As said above, not directly.
you may buy them, have the person transfer over the manse to you, use the box/module and then transfer it back.

however if he is talking about the hallifax ship since it is deeded there is very little risk transfering the manse so if someone accidently bought these items there shouldn't be a big issue.

Music boxes: Do enemies need to be undeaf for them to have an effect?
Unknown2010-09-24 04:31:58
Does amnesty grant full unenemied status indefinitely? or is that just with parley? if so, what exactly is the difference between the two?
Unknown2010-09-24 04:35:51
If I remember correctly amnesty only gives you amnesty, a period of time where your enemy status is suspended. Parley can either give amnesty or full reprieve based on how much gold you pay out.

If you get 10 months of amnesty, you get a full reprieve instead.

Annoying question I'm sure, but I'll bite:
I've looked around help files but couldn't find a definitive price for starting a manse. Can someone help me find that?
Also, how do room descriptions work for those? Can you just keep changing the description?

The base manse room object can be found in a shop north of the aetherplex and costs 350,000 gold. Additional rooms cost 150,000 gold. You can change the room title at will but it costs 1000 gold a pop (including the first time.)
Kiradawea2010-09-24 07:19:00
And another 1000 gold for changing the title of the room. So add 2000 to the cost of each room, or you'll end up with really boring rooms... and you want to change that.

Nope. They affect everyone even if they're deaf or not. Pity they're...still not really worth it. And remembering to crank one just before a fight is just something else I'm forgetting to juggle around with now.

Both Parley and Amnesty can give full reprieves. The difference between one and the other is that the former requires you to repeatedly INFLUENCE blah WITH AMNESTY (much as you'd normally influence something) until it caves and gives in. This method gives a variable chance for the reprieve to be complete or just partial. For Parley, you only need to do it once as you only pay with gold once. Using Appraisement, you can figure out how much gold it'll take you to get fully reprieved and is, therefore, a more reliable way to just get a full reprieve even if it'll stab your gold quite a bit, depending on what you're trying to get unenemied to.

What they said. Also, some people who like to make things will change the title and description of the room into a fanciful appearance, and paint it with enough skill in arts to make a painting, then sell them or give them as gifts.

Music boxes aren't really that bad, any more than Mercy, Perfection, and Beauty are really good. It's just a bit more that the enemy isn't regenning.

Is it possible to gain full amnesty from an npc org through influencing, as opposed to paying up?

Yes. You can get 1-9 months or full amnesty.
Lendren2010-09-24 11:52:52
But it's very very rare.

Exactly, every little bit counts!
Thanks for your answers, guys!

Can someone confirm whether or not your balance takes longer to restore if you miss a swing?

You're faster if you miss a warrior attack, yes.

Do City/Commune cartels have associated bank accounts, and if so, how do you access them?

I've been getting somewhat mixed answers on this so I think it's best I ask this here:
As one goes up in skill in knighthood, what improves? Just accuracy in hitting? Or does damage improve as well? How about wounding?
Also, same goes for combat. What improves exactly as you go up in combat.
