There's no inspiring Divine Presence left to cheer people on. (You could argue the Viravain Iterations were more harmful than anything, I guess, but she sometimes showed up personally during our raids, so I figure she was giving some support on your side.)

The guilds are pretty dead. (Spiritsinger leadership alting or wanting to alt, Shofangi the deadest guild in the game run entirely by one person.)
