Going to vote: Othero. His vote for Shou and his reinforcement of Noola's questioning just make him seem awfully jumpy. And the way he explained his first-day-random-vote (oh, I'll take it right off when person posts)... it's a given to vote randomly on the first day around these forums. I don't see why you need to justify it beyond 'random vote'. Makes me think he's trying too hard to avoid suspicion.

Neos didn't OMGUS you. Neos randomvoted for Shaddus and put a weird comment about cutting off the head and the body following which doesn't make sense for a randomvote.

I have no no idea what OMFGUS is. As I said, I'm a complete newb to this and was just making a random vote. And a question left unanswered: Can we target multiple people?

If you're talking about the chips, no idea. But, you can only vote for one person at a time. You're supposed to UNVOTE when you change, but I've noticed people in this game changing their vote without doing it. *peer*

Cause I've got stuff to be suspicious about now. There's a slight suspicion on Neos (only slight though, cause I can see him not realizing how a joke might be taken) and a bigger suspicion on Othero. Cause, he's claiming OMGUS on someone who didn't even vote for him (unless someone can point me to a post where Neos voted for Othero, in which case, nevermind! )

You can slot-in multiple chips. No targets, though? So it either affects everyone or affects the first person to do something. Also, Othero, (since you looked it up already) could both chips belong to one person or is it more likely she stole/swapped?

That doesn't even make sense, cause Shaddus hasn't even voted. Neos random voted for Shaddus after quoting someone else's post to answer a comment made in that post about himself.

Eh, I'm not really positive. If I remember right starshot would belong to starman. I don't actually remember moondance and Kira could of invented it for the sake of the game. My guess is it could be starman or maybe roll. Neither of those mean anything outside of having a name.

Just to clarify, 3 actions per day means that actions reset after each night, right? Example: Day One and Night One are both counted as the same day so the three actions are shared between then.
