Aside from the two Ixion mentioned, nothing seems too powerful and pretty fun! Though they are a handful that are bugged at the moment, can't test yet.

Ascendant Stuff:
Affinity - Same as old Affinity
Gift - Replant a dead herb for 10k essence, small chance to make it fully grown.
Harvest - Chance to get 1-100 random herbs on nature.
Aegis - Same as old Aegis
JudiciousPresence - 15% increase of health, mana and ego for the ascendant's org for 15 minutes, once per IC day.
EvenHandedBlessing - greatly heal (health and affs) everyone in the room for 10k, doesn't take balance or eq.
Suggested Change: Give it a balance or eq cost upon casting. Anything further we're still unsure of until we get the fine details.
Destruction - Same as old Destruction
Havoc Cry - 10% increase in damage dealt to enemies for the ascendan't org for 15 minutes, once per IC day.
Thunderclap - destroys walls, currently broken - when purchased, can't even do it.
Fearaura - Same as old Fearaura
Deathaura - broken, MANIFEST DEATH AURA turns on the def, then you kill people, which gives you their soul (You have 2900 spirits caught within your aura of death - def line), then you use it via MANIFEST DEATH AURA ON to do ??? (broken part)
Ur'life - broken, syntax doesn't work, gives the standard 'MANIFEST (power)' line - all beastmastery related powers seem to be nonfunctioning, giving an 'unknown' power when you check the beast's info.
BreathOfLife - Rez skill, can work with or without the body, rezzes the soul where it is. You don't have to be with the soul for it to work, costs 35k per rez, increasing by 35k per use (not sure if this part is a bug or not).
Suggested Change: Make it impossible to rez people in enemy territory. Perhaps consider requiring the rezzer to be in the same room as the victim if the increasing 35k rez costs is in fact a bug. It not requiring a body may in fact be a bug, judging by its messages. So who knows.

FortunateWindfalls - Chance to get 1-100 comms in the chaos throne. Sidd got 10 powerstones. Update - BUGGED - always gives 10 powerstones.
Dispersal - it's shadowdance flight in cloned form, moves you rooms, stopped by walls, prone, entangles, etc. Beats barrier though!

Once per RL day minimum please on Evenhandedblessing. Imagine a DL raid if two ascendants could do that twice each.. yeah no thanks.
Edit: dispersal is stopped by walls? That seems .. illogical. Does distort stop it?

Once per RL day means it'll never get used. Even good old divinefire was once per IC day. I'd rather IC day than RL day myself.

If as you want, with dfire means you can get a room healall and a personal heal all every hour. That's too much. So you want to remove dfire or nerf its weight, yet you want evenhanded to be the same timeframe? I don't see how you justify one and rebuke the other.

It's magical travel, so yes distort stops it.

Magical.. yet walls stop it reportedly? Walls don't stop night flight so I don't think it should stop dispersal either. Agree?

RE: Evenhanded - If it cost more weight, I think it'd be fine there too. I want to think on it some more though. It's definitely too strong right now though.

If you limit the amount of times you can use Even-Handed Blessing to once an RL day, that will definitely shoot its usage down. It's not a full heal and it cures 1 - 2 (more likely 1) afflictions when you use it. I think that to fix it, it just needs an eq/balance cost and maybe a heftier essence cost. The eq/balance use will stop spamming which is the big issue, I feel.

Doing more testing on that skill, it's 15% health heal + 1-2 affs (Esano reports it cures all affs cureable by allheale, i.e. no regeneration) cured for 10k essence.
I definitely think it should take balance or eq when used, but beyond that, I'd like to know what you guys think to help make it a bit more balanced.
Edit: Just threw a quick survey with the demis around - maybe a 4s balance cost whenever it's used? That seems fair to me.

A flat inclusion of a 4s balance would be perfect for the skill. Much more and it'd kill its utility.

I think 4s per will be fine for EvenHandedBlessing - it's not strong enough that it needs anything beyond that, it only reaches op state where it can be spammed.

Nature's Gift is 10k per room and seems to be 1-5 herbs most of the time, not really worth it I think. Maybe drop the cost to 1k a room. Or rework the skill somehow to something more worthwhile.

I think 4s is a tidbit low, but balance loss on it sounds like a good solution.
Also, BreathofLife can be balance by:
+ Soul rezz reforms them at nexus with grace (PoF if rogue)
+ If you have the body in your INV, reforms them at you without grace

Judging from the line for it, I don't think it was supposed to be a soul rez.
