Are we talking about single-target badluck here, the second gifted para skill? I don't know about Snafu, but maybe make it a 5p skill. And regarding my comment about 'can't beat it, nerf it', it just seems that for every person genuinely trying to offer balanced suggestions, there's another person who just wants to nerf things because the shiny toy is in someone else's hands.

edit:: oh and we need ents that actually help us, ontop of needing 3 more ents period. Morrible needs to give pennyroyal afflictions, spix needs to actually be able to transfix, hekoskeri needs to do something other than punish people for leaving the room and in a group fight is virtually useless because most of the time you can't chase that person to capitalise on it (and before you scream 'OMG it gives 30 seconds of double balance!!!11oneone!!1' I have an envoy fix for that coming up soon too), sludgeworm is ok, but we need 3 more ents to synergize with badluck/insanity, maybe a paralysing ent among those 3.

If we make snafu affect everyone, caster, allies, and enemies alike, can we upgrade Paradigmatics to have more than three abilities in it? Maybe some passive healing, a double-strength truename with no setup, an impassible barrier that neuters an archetype, area-wide damage, and a weapon aura? Then we can really have Night!

Don't forget we need a construct that makes everyone a 'child of paradigm' and a skill that takes 13 paradigm people and lets them badluck an entire area for an hour.

It's not misinformation, Geb was incorrect on only a few minor points. Though I feel that BadLuck costing power is a step in the right direction. It's essentially free uncurable Jinx with no prior set-up that consumes balance on failed actions. It's a dumb skill, but I figure each org is entitled to it's one omgwtfnerf skill.

The best strategy for fighting Harmonics right now is to persuade the admin to revamp the comms system such that gems are so expensive that we've been given a directive not to use our primary skillset anymore. Darn those Paradigmatics people reimagining reality around us!

The best way to fight Harmonics is don't until their passive curing is removed. They really don't need it on top of Aeonic's shrugging abilities. If they want to keep it defensive, just have them add DMP.

(P.S. Admin please fix that. sad.gif Gems are stupidly expensive now and we need them for our primary skill. For reference, at no expenditure we could easily get ~100-300 gems per IG year, just from tithes and spare stuff people would give us. Now? I've got ten gems sitting in my hand, and it doesn't look like they're breeding. As for buying the things, I'm going to have to triple the price we're selling them for, or worse, and that's... not good. Seriously.)
