I'll have to delete your character now...

I was anti-Dr. Who for a long time due to the fact that it was a remake of a show that I found to be pretty terri-bad to begin with. After Dylara kept telling me how good it was though I decided to give it a chance and after watching all the seasons up to date I find myself waiting for the next season to start now.

I still think the first actor who played Dr. Who (in the remake) was the best and this most recent one is the worst.

Who is Dr. Who? I thought that was a band. We should discuss watching True Blood instead!!

Funny you should mention that, one of my co-workers just turned me on to that show. Trying to find some way to watch it. It sounds awesome.

It's very hard to say that quietly

The space empire in Blake's 7 is called the "Federation" -- however, unlike Star Trek's Federation, this Federation is an Orwellian nightmare. The writing in the series is amazing, as are the characters. On the other hand, the special effects, wardrobe, etc. is at the same level as Dr. Who of the time (i.e., laughable). Some people have a hard time watching really bad production values. There's a few episodes floating around Youtube so here's a sample episode (though you really should watch the series from start to finish, if you can find it).

Obviously I've seen Red Dwarf.

And I don't watch Dr. Who but the reason Bali brings this up like it's a flaw is that I was defending it 'cause Casilu thinks it's nerdy (freak.) And I did go to a Dr. Who museum one time. They had a cool Dalek "suit" thing that synthed your voice if you sat in it. Scared my little brother with it.
