I can't submit my bardic, when I log in on the website, it just returns me to the artisianal page without logging me in- i.e it still says 'You must login to submit one of your own works'. When I try to log in the second time, it just returns me to that page again.

It does that on some browsers, yes. I used to know the trick for this but I forget now, been a while.
1) try a different browser
2) edit the privacy settings of your browser to trust pages/allow stuff
3) copy the link of the login page that clicking on login takes you to and paste it into a new window (don't just open it in a new window, copy and paste address). Logging on this way should work. (I think that used to be my trick)

The trick is to log in from the messages page (http://www.lusternia.com/players_messages.php) and then once logged in browse over to the bardics/artisanals page.
