I have the Hallifaxian version of Dumbledore's office. wub.gif

Magic+Academic+Gay+Office=Awesome Office

In 100% of cases so far, this seems to be true.

I got my custom pet wheeeeeeee!

Also, I am proud of Hallifax. We might not be strong enough to win every time we try at something yet, but we're consistently trying, and improving, and it is making my COLD, BITTER HEART defrost just a little! happy.gif Here's hoping we don't lose this momentum!

I wanna be part of the slowly accumulating momentum! I had fun sitting there on Astral just using Telekinesis to help you folks out. It made me really happy to actually see effort put forth.

My rave: how much Lyria and Aoife helped me accumulate wealth to escape Gaudiguch is really hitting home right now. sad.gif

Yeah, for sure, we may not have "won" that engagement in the strictest sense of the word but we sat on that ship, defined a goal, figured out what we needed to do to reach that goal and then went out and did it.

I was pretty proud of everyone. biggrin.gif

We could have won. But we didn't have the numbers. sad.gif

Rave for infuriating everyone who tries to get the new area location out of me. laugh.gif

Yay Aeral for helping me pick out underwear to wear on New Years Eve!

I was able to plant a node until Xenthos ninja'd me, but at least I can check wildnodes status and say "Yep that two points is mine!"

Fighting Tulwhoisit, Phoebus, and Prav and staying alive until Rodngar decided to show up.

Interesting, that alt is you.

PS: There are better ways to stop someone from uprooting and then running than greywhispers. It's possible for 1 person to completely lock down another from uprooting (though I could have just killed you instead, that Celestian who teleported over would have taken it while I was doing so).

Also, good job on the node find! That's 1p per day for Gaudiguch until the next wildnodes, which is better than none!

I don't really get it. How do you you all know the timings for wildnodes and domoths and other such events?

Domoths is probably from experience, pretty sure Wildnodes are announced in the monthly newsletter.

Wildnodes was mentioned in the last newsletter, though I admit I completely forgot about it and only remembered once I saw the message indicating it was about to start.
Domoths I believe can be checked by Demigods to know when to go claim them.

Ooh, that's cool! So, is it a whole day event, or just a certain time period?

90 minutes duration, 'random' time during the day.

It is kicked off by an Admin, so sometimes it can be forgotten, and is afternoon->evening EST because it is manually started and thus needs someone around to start it.

That'll be about 2 - 7 am here. sad.gif

Erm, rave to counter that is that... the bashing spots aren't bashed out when I'm around?

Wildnodes is initiated based on a very precise formula, involving the right amount of 'Have we done it yet?' mixed with 'oh crap'.

Uh, I didn't know that was your alt. dry.gif But even so, not typically something you tell everyone. However, daym, those were hot underwear.

Anyone can, but non level 100s need to go to the seal of knowledge to find out, while the rest can just use domoth status. The ones we can capture though are either dispelled by the other domoth, or made free by the start of the year two domoths revolt thing.

(unless we want to actively fight against other orgs, in that case demigods get messages informing them they can go interrupt things)
