If you check the Glomdoring news, you may actually manage to find a post from me declaring that Mystics and Ritualists who 'claim to know the ritual' but do not would be killed upon sight.

Of course, this was back when the quest was different and the things kept bloody resetting (so they would know, and then 5 minutes later they would not). But I'm glad to see it's still around, we were not very happy with them for a time. :D
