I don't know if "bug" is the right word to use to describe it. It's more of just an oversight. Like, "oops, in hindsight we really should have thought of that, let's change it real quick." For all intents and purposes, it's working as intended, just the way it's intended to work has a big problem in it.

No one was pushed onto the nexus, actually. When he died, he somehow spawned at the nexus and the guards put in their two cents. Currents didn't play a part as there was no aqua meld at or near the Pool for that defense.
In addition, when we realized what was happening, he was escorted off the plane by Sidd. Personally, I felt bad that he was screwed over by a bug and I was a part of it, but raids are pretty chaotic and it all happened in quick succession. So hugs to you, D! Come around again when your homunculus thing is better!
(I don't check the forums regularly and am probably re-visiting a convo that has run its course, but I was surprised by the animosity fueled by poorly informed assumptions and felt the need to defend ourselves. So many cynical people! :-P)
