Ok, I decided to sleep early due to drowsiness.
I miss:
- Something Aeromancer/Aquamancer related?!
- Talthos/Dairuchi revolt?!
What the hell, man.

Regarding the event, I shall make you weep:
To proceed, it appears we have to complete the Terae/Sarye quests.
We have made at least three attempts at Terae, each taking three hours to gather the corpses.
I. Hate. Minesweeper.

Is that fun for anyone?
Kiradawea2010-12-11 13:55:19
Is the quest still bugged to heck?

The event is still ongoing, I think. (And more than just Aqua/Aero)
Yeah, this will be going on for a while, I'm sure. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas.

Why do I have the sudden urge to create a Trill called Sanders, and prefix him with Colonel?
Ileein2010-12-11 14:53:21
Bugged quests make Baby Jesus cry.
Furien2010-12-11 15:00:20
Esano why did you log out.
Rika2010-12-11 15:19:31
Why do they still make Taerin a mandatory event quest?

Then do not!
I do not encourage people to sacrifice their health just so they can watch events unfold.

Yeah, I went to sleep. I was obsessive, but having not gotten a lot of sleep the night before I didn't feel like being completely screwed over in my sleep pattern.

Sarye. T_T
Edit: also, congrats Caerulo!

Does that Minesweeper quest have the same tricks as the good ol' Windows minesweeper?
Unknown2010-12-11 15:51:27
What, clicking on the edges? Right+left clicking?
Kiradawea2010-12-11 15:59:52
Who knows? It be bugged.
Ileein2010-12-11 16:01:09
Yeah, we can't manipulate the Sarye prism.
Unknown2010-12-11 16:14:15
Oh, I meant the counting part. Like, opening up a square with a 1 means that there's 1 mine somewhere around it, etc. etc.

And now everyone knows!
Ileein2010-12-11 16:20:21
At this point, it doesn't matter who knows. The Pope could know and he couldn't do a thing.

If I remember correctly, yes.
Unfortunately, while waiting for de-bugging, Sarye's prism vanished. Which means unless we get admin help we're going to have to do a multiple-respawn high-level 20%-of-failure-at-start quest over again.
Greleag: Don't pretend anyone but 5 other people have actually been trying to move this thing forward.
(I suppose in retrospect it's foolish to try and find out more during non-primetime hours.)
