Yes!
Alternatively, less schoolwork.

Maybe we're logging in, not seeing a lot of people around, and just logging out (or wandering away, in Arel's case). That would create an unfortunate cycle of apathy. Do we need more aetherhunts or something?
It took me over a week to finally get enough people together for an aetherhunt. So pathetic.

That's pretty much it. Usually when I log in there are between 0-4 other people in the city besides me, which doesn't make for a very interesting gameplay experience, so I just log off/wander assuming I had logged off.
And aetherhunts will just make it seem like even less people are around. Also, I'd be impressed if you could find enough to crew a hunt.

Fairly certain exam time is coming up, not to mention the end term school assignments. Probably just that for now for some people. I know once I go back home for summer vacation I'll be around more, trying to make a name for myself. (maybe)

random apathy crap about Hali
I'm still trying to get people to help me defend. Do you know how it feels to be the only one defending Air when there are at least 10 people on prime or unfing in their manses? Hell, people say "Air Lords" on CT. But do they actually go up to toss a web and help me kill the person? Nooooooo.

No one cares about the Air Lords. If they're not empowered, why waste the effort?

One of them actually IS empowered. Thanks to me.
Lendren2011-03-26 22:55:31
Even when they're empowered it doesn't matter unless you were gonna be bringing in essence in the next hour.

Hmm, I had a hunch it was something to do with the time of year, but I didn't know what. Are other orgs having a little lull, or is it just Halli?
Diamondais2011-03-26 23:14:28
It tends to come and go really.
Lendren2011-03-27 00:00:29
I think Hallifax got hit unusually hard by the ephemeral recruitment as well. Can't be sure, of course.

Heh, this sounds like Lilian's just-exited-the-portal days when Glomdoring was assaulting Seren every couple IC days.
Unknown2011-03-27 00:47:59
Clearly the lack of people is because of Hallifax leaving Trinity.

What the heck is Trinity? Did I miss some event?
Shulamit2011-03-27 01:16:30
No. It was an accord between Hallifax, Celest, and Glomdoring, I believe. Hallifax left to be with Magnagora, is all.

Actually we did it so the snuggly Lyrethians would have to shape up or ship out.

I thought we did it because Glomdoring has horrible PMS and Celest is a selfish lover.
