Timeouts do not interrupt the unweaving.
Your response to said timeout, on the other hand, can. Even worse if you have it gagged.
Just send a blank character to the game (ala pressing enter on a blank line). Such things don't even trigger aeon, much less interrupt any other actions.

I actually Timed out. Had to reconnect and everything. Thrown 40 power at this thing between disconnects, Timeouts, my system sipping on my first attempt, and the current attempt.

Timeout 30 and looking every now and then is a good idea.
My own personal workaround for this was a time-out count. I set my timeout to 10 minutes, and had a count that would tick down whenever I received the timeout message. It would send a blank character to the screen. Once the count reached 0, then it would just let me time out normally. Entering SCORE would reset this to 3, so it was a base 30 minute thing.
I would bump the count up a little bit when doing weaving, though.
(Unfortunately I can't use this any more because my in-house wireless believes that if I am not sending something every minute or so to Lusternia, it should disconnect me. Sending a blank character keeps my session alive, but it also ruins the timeout count)
Can also trigger the lines to pause your system, too. Maybe not the best idea (if people know you've done that they can illusion it). I just manually pause myself.

I hope whomever wins the election will be better at using his or her favours. I'm lacking several favours that I should have, and I'm not the only one.

I completely skipped a double experience day.

If I hadn't been CDFed out of the cityfavour rank because of kneejerk whining on the part of two leaders, maybe I could have kept giving people some rank before my inevitable ousting.

In addition, boy do I hate waiting for one specific enemy status to resolve. Uggghh.
Dysolis2010-11-10 06:57:19
Erm you brought that upon yourself I think and usually I am the one going around killing for no reason! I may have gone out of character.

*restrain. self.*
Dysolis2010-11-10 07:06:42
Need some restraint?

So apparently this is a cat collar that lets a cat post tweets. I'm now going to assume half of you are just cats posting tweets. It makes my horror at some of the comments far more palatable.

EDIT: No need to post this. I just got postbanned a week ago, I'm not going to waste my next warn level on you.

If that's true, I'd be horrified that the level of intelligence a cat possesses.
Heh, possesses.
Heh, possesses.

The enemy status has nothing to do with the fact that I killed Briaria, though thank you for continuing to poke your nose in to my business on multiple characters. Am I your new Gregori?
I actually never mentioned enemy , or status in my post. Further more I was just hinting to the fact that because you did kill someone it could of caused some people to be upset.

I will feel so vindicated when version 3 comes out.
Of my Telepathy module, that is, for Mudlet. I just need to figure out this rounding function so that way I don't alert myself that my enemy is at 36.243328347733333% ego.
Edit: Also, Hallifax loitering around at the Moonhart is making me exceptionally uncomfortable because I suck at group conversations with people out of my organization. :<

Why can't clot be ID or sub? It's annoying to unlock in order to get a clot when I need to switch from proning to bursting.
Unknown2010-11-10 07:26:03
So that you have to unlock so that it isn't too easy for you to switch from proning to bursting.

That's pretty much why you do things like that. So it isn't too easy. Same reason something like choke slows down the user too. Good skills need a balance.
(I also expect a choke discussion now.)
