Very. Hard to pin someone down one on one, easy to move, beast trotting and other boosts make it possible to move at an unprecedented rate, orgbixes make escaping easy and don't pass through the same limbo as cubixes, cultportals rather common as well.

You'll forgive me if "I'm not guaranteed an easy, risk-free kill" doesn't seem like a compelling argument.

Why stay and fight when you've got the jump on them when they can just run and then get the jump on -you- later?

Then there's nearly killing someone just to have them 'bix out. Thou-who-shall-not-be-named knows how irritating this is for anyone else.

I think 1v1 jumping's difficult was slightly downplayed.

It's virtually impossible to do. I would say less than 1% chance and literally only a 1 or 2 classes with the correct skill types could pull it off on someone who only wants to run away.

Even one against many requires coordination and experience to pull off, as evidenced by Celina's romps through Etherwilde. Hell, I've escaped shieldstun/pfifth/choke combos somehow a few times. If you're ganking someone who has a system and isn't afk, that guy is really doing something wrong, or trying to fight above his weight class.

Aegis and Veneration. I could buy another 22 points worth of stuff at this point, but that 100,000,000 is as much as I can bring myself to throw away in one day!

PS: Aegis still needs a lower weight.

It's weird how getting rewarded for something I probably would have done anyway makes it that much harder for me to keep on doing it now that I have no expectation of further rewards.
