That's technically just truncating the value. If you want to round it, you should add 0.5 to it first.

No, it was the Charites who said no vacuum flask. It was the reviewers who are using the word wrong. I have yet to see the Charites use a word wrong, actually.

A vacuum bottle seems perfectly fine to me, but I'd defer to the Charites on that, since I can never guess what they'll think is too high-tech. For instance, the ability to make vines grow seems we might just have a bit of that around in Serenwilde. (It's called "dirt, water, seeds, and sunlight." HELP TRADEMASTER explicitly says cloudessence can provide moisture. But no go. Go figure.)
