Bah, I really want to alt and try something completely new but at the same time Lawliet is the only char I ever got past level 50 and I've tried alting since making her, just isn't as fun when you go from having 7 trans skills, an artifact here and there and a ship (Which I never thought would happen when I made her) to dirt poor.

I just have the strange urge to make an Illithoid stealth user...

Even if you don't need a break, switching it up is good for the soul. I always feel more purposeful after I spend time playing elsewhere. Then I also have a deep dark black hole of guilt when I select another char to play over my primary..but that's just typical me.

How do you think I feel some days? Alting is very painful for me, and even taking a break causes undue distress (though I did have a lovely vacation last month).

Hence why my alt is only played when I get angry at playing Aeral... and always come back to her.

I wish I could stay that focused. I have one character that has a high enough auction escrow to make me die a little on the inside each time I look at it, and that still isn't enough to keep me from hopping around on several and spawning new ones each time something tickles my fancy. mellow.gif

Dear Ironbeard,
This Christmas I would like a logger that doesn't run the risk of crashing mudlet on this crappy laptop, and it also must carry over all my echos and things not directly sent by Lusternia. This is an addendum to my previous Christmas list. Hope you got that one.

I totally forgot my Healing scroll had decayed and didn't make a new one, so I died. I almost had him though!

It is my goal to get demigod by new years. Can I do it? Probably not, I don't have access to unlimited high-efficiency aetherhunts. If I don't make that goal, I'm going to adjust it to getting demigod by my one-year anniversary of playing Lusternia, which would give me another month.

*twitch* It's still weird realizing that there are people with established positions in the game who haven't been playing for as long as I have. Still, it provides a useful point of reference!

I was made an Instructor after playing for barely a month due to my tendency to be abnormally nice when interacting with newbies. suspicious.gif It just kind of progressed from there.

EDIT: Added note: Sylandra has been playing for even less time than I have. Hallifax is run by new blood.
