Though, I'd guess each patron has a specific method they like to communicate those things. I'd suggest praying and asking them what method works best for them for guild stuff.

Most admin, as far as I am aware, don't view messages IC - but accept patron requests and the like via messages. I do, at least. As well, most of us read our e-mail (god name@lusternia.com).

Remember though that we do not accept ideas for quests (players cannot purchase quests for their guildhall/city/commune), and if you have an idea for an event or a plot line or something, you can always post it to the Plots board (which all of us read).
