1/3? How about 2/3
Staff damage with surge up does around 2200 damage, so 1/3 for me.
Dysolis2010-11-26 22:34:06
How much points do you get with vernal? Titan is +1 and demi is +2 right?
Arath2010-11-26 22:35:44
Demi allows you to buy an additional +1 in addition to the +1 you get from Titan yes.
Dysolis2010-11-26 22:37:34
That would be to one stat though right? I think it used to be a +1 to all stats.
Furien2010-11-26 22:38:37
Jojobo vs. Ackleberry has been apparent if you picked up on the early Astrology hints.
Dolphin (Celest) opposite Skull (Magnagora)
Antlers (Serenwilde) opposite Spider (Glomdoring)
TwinCrystals (Hallifax) opposite Dragon (Gaudiguch)
Lion (hmmmm) opposite Bumblebee (hmmmm)
This leaves:
Volcano opposite BurningCenser
Crocodile opposite Glacier
Crocodile is probably some hidden mugwump swamp commune we'll never hear about.
Either Volcano or BurningCenser are tied to Sakarich.
Glacier is probably tied to Icewynderkel.

You can get all stats, but you have to but each separately.
Dysolis2010-11-26 22:43:09
96 is close to demi right? I 've been there for ages.
Vathael2010-11-26 22:53:32
nope
Lehki2010-11-26 22:56:23
Somewhere mid-titan probably counts as close to demi.
Unknown2010-11-26 22:58:58
Level 96 is probably a little more than halfway to demi, for a more constructive answer. Maaaybe about 60% of the way.
Unknown2010-11-26 23:33:48
Man, I'm feeling pretty schooled by all of this Jojobo info.
It would be cool to have a jungle commune, though. Get voting!

There are three people I know of in the top 10 for the level 1-60 tier who are dying and staying dead for long periods of time to drain experience/levels and stay in that tier for Great Hunt prizes. Am I right to be kind of ticked by this?
Unknown2010-11-26 23:51:43
Maybe? It isn't illegal but it seems to skirt the spirit of the rules and the reasons why the tiers are in place.
Ileein2010-11-26 23:52:15
Yes.

On the other hand, with the level 1-60 tier especially, it is REALLY easy to exit the tier unintentionally. Especially when this is lasting for 4 RL days. Especially when there is a permanent 100% exp bonus in effect, and you are bound to pick up at least one 50% exp achievement bonus while bashing out of newton.
You could very easily make an alt right now and bash past 60 in a single day.

Which is why I'm not saying yes. If you wanted to stay in the 60 tier for the credits you probably could. I don't see how it stops other people in the tier trying to do the same thing and keeping the competition in that tier. And does doing this help you at all with gaining points? I mean, being 60, dying, and losing xp doesn't make it easier to kill and it does cut into the time it take to kill things. Someone 58 or 59 could easily catch up. Could someone at 30 catch up? Maybe, it'd be tougher and at that level the chance they have is slimmer.

I know, which is why I'm not sure if I should be really irritated or not. I am instinctively compelled to be frowny about situations which involve gaming the system though.

Yeah, last Great Hunt, one of the people who placed was an alt who had been made at the start of it and just influenced nonstop through the whole thing, ending at above level 80. That was annoying. And that one only lasted for a weekend.

I would ISSUE them, just to be sure.
Unknown2010-11-27 00:10:08
Dying a lot really isn't that efficient anyways. If they were really crafty, they'd convince several people to let them kill them and set harmony karma curses on them, and then...
