To be fair, "You Mad?" is more a less a taunt, in the vein of "You Suck"--it's just a shortened version of "Aw, are you mad?". Just because it's a Meme doesn't mean it wouldn't fit in Lusternia. If it was said "U Mad?", or if it was a more modern-day topical reference that would be a non-sequitur, then it would be OOC.

Except as a Meme that did not originate in Lusternia it carries its primary "value" as a reference from something out of character, hence it is OOC by its nature.

Defending an ineloquent choice of words by claiming it was a taunt, something that is actually against the rules, is an interesting approach.
