You CANNOT wantonly attack people on prime for no other reason than their enemy status. Where do you draw the line? You invariably get morons who abuse things, mind.

There's also the small fact that there's no restrictions on reasons to enemy someone to an org. Heck, Halli could mass-enemy everyone but Hallifaxians, and I doubt the admins would do anything (after all, it'd be like shooting yourself in the foot). That wouldn't give them a reason to attack everyone on sight though.

Highest count I saw in Estelbar was 24. That's where the fun was!
