If I make it this year, it will be the first year that work hasn't claimed the entire day. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I've been playing since 2007 and the closest I've gotten was logging in to the last five minutes of last year's event.

I suppose I could probably request the day off well in advance, and barring any odd situations, I'd probably get it. But as much as Lusternia has been a large part of my life for years, I can't bring myself to tell my boss I need a day off to make an e-character sociopathic and drunk.

So did I! Except I took it off to get proofed just before the event and forgot to put them (plus coat and cloak) on. :D

I like how it's emphasised by happening on the day of his Ascension. Plus, he's only had his name for under a day, so the spirit was right!

Edit: I'm sure the event was cool. And of course Dragons age was awesome, but at least change the name a little!
