Er, what. You all assume that something horrible happened. I wanted new toys, Lyria wanted a new venue, and Valistrielle left GA to, I assume, contest for GM.
And that report was fixed months ago, thank you very much. Silly people who assume things, scoff.

Bad Viy, leaving me on my own :(

Clearly, I should be able to access Psionics and melding no matter where I go so that I may never leave Neos alone. <3

Of course. We must petition Iosai to make it so, so that no matter what guild you are, we can still be a team.

Gee, yeah. An entire guild being in such a state. Really funny that, eh?
Get real. Things like this have ramifications for entire orgs both short and long term.
To be fair, I more or less assumed that the guild was empty that way because of Gaudi drama, which usually is lolworthy. The Pyromancers will probably be up and running again soon

Neonain? More like neonate amirite? Ohohoho.

You know that Casinain or Viysilu will always have a special place in my guild-hopping heart. <3

Such is the flow of things. Soon enough they'll get an influx of members and all will be right again in the pyromancer guild.
Arix2012-03-13 13:10:58
Things haven't right with the Pyro guild since pre-nerf. Best they can hope for at the moment is to suck less, and for that they need an active envoy who gives a crap
Rivius2012-03-13 16:16:14
Well, at the risk of further derailing this thread, I really don't think the problem is with the pyromancy skillset. People have done well with it post-nerf, and while they may not match up to the other mage guilds in terms of raw passive power, they haven't been nerfed to the point that someone would steer clear away from them. If I had to hazard a guess, it has to do mostly with Gaudiguch having population problems and whatever little other trouble they might have internally. It may be that the other guilds are just more attractive to the current population right now, and as time goes on and hopefully more people settle, you'll see a more even distribution.
I still think Lusternia has way too many guilds for the number of people that play, so naturally you're going to have some guilds spread fairly thin.

Its nobody's responsibility to be in a guild they don't enjoy just to make the guild better. That's a sure way to get yourself burnt out.

I honestly have no idea what the pyro demesne is supposed to do.

Maybe one day, we'll hop to orgs that are on the same side for a while. Such is the way of the org-hoppers.

Zvoltz, the Architect laughingly says, "Hmm, an opportunity arises for Me to place you in a situation that may cause an awkwardness among mortals. I shall seize it for My entertainment."
God of Harmony, wot?

Well that's just insulting. I'd like to think I did pretty well in fixing the issues that the report cropped up, and as well made cremate viable again (which happens to be the point of Pyromancy, as I understood it). As others have mentioned, the issue (at least, that I know of) that remains is a lack of population to see the large numbers of Pyromancers that would have people think that things are alright (even if they already are).
And yes, I was indeed an envoy who gave (and still gives) a crap, thank you very much.
