Does that make her related to Talnaras? Because that'd explain a lot.

Sister on the Mes'ard side, so no.

You can not hope to beat Terezi and Dave. They are simply the best there is.

You explain to a female lucidian villager with cold logic and irrefutable reason
that she must assimilate into the collective of Hallifax in order to achieve
harmony within herself and her village.
A female lucidian villager slaps her knee and declares that, by the gods, the
Village of Talthos should follow the Territories of Hallifax after all!

That is so going to waste.

QUOTE (Nariah @ Oct 25 2010, 09:25 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
It quickly reached and far exceeded my wildest of exceptations for an outrageous, rule-breaking, incomprehensible attempt at a description. My chest heaved a sigh as I was reading, my innocently uncovered, for all to see in plain light, perky breasts, as white as Jadice's Ice Plains; bounced lightly defying gravity.

Damn it. I was enjoying that Pepsi, Nariah.

QUOTE
You relinquish the title of Minister of Peace. With a blinding flash, the Rod of Collectivist Servitude leaves your possession.

First I was like "damned!"

QUOTE
A new dawn arises as you begin your duties as Minister of Peace. In a glorious blaze, the Rod of Collectivist Servitude appears above your head and descends into your hands.
Oberst Llesvelt Shevat, Minister of Peace has retained office as Guildmaster of the Sentinels.

QUOTE (Lawliet)
You greet Altaira, the Star Deva with a sincere smile.
Altaira, the Star Deva shifts into an elegant curtsey, starlit darkness flowing about her fluidly.

A rhapsodic and feminine voice pierces into your soul, whispering, 'There may be darkness within this world, yet as all stars do, I shine through the night. Look to me, and I shall guide you home - and so shall others look to you, Lawliet. Be their guiding star.'

Damn you, I want this.

Audible sigh.

except it has to say my name rather than yours.

Why do you give him so much ammo?

You can't change the nature of the beast.

Also I've spent the past nine years of my life primarily on the internet instead of getting any normal socialization.

Keeno Mcfluffin, The Chaos Panda dawdles here in a mass of patchy black and white fur.

Ok, even I think this is silly.
Everiine2010-10-27 23:47:30
I would disfavour that so hard.

Dear quoters, to no one person in particular,

Please stop quoting immature, only funny to the immediate people present, infantile sex-related jokes. They're not even funny jokes, it's usually loldick, lolmyvagina, lolusaidass, lolhesaiditonskype jokes. And they're not Lusternia-related either, unless you really want us to believe that such is the level of roleplay in the game these days.

There is nothing wrong with an innuendo joke pertaining to the phallic Megalith and the womb-like Pool of Stars, even Aiakon wrote a whole essay about that! But if the level of the game has went down to people sitting about and talking about their vulgarly-referred to reproductive organs, then I really question why I'm even playing this game. Nobody meets up to play a loldick d&d game, do they? I don't have to read this section and actually, I'm not going to starting now, and sadly will miss out on the rare gem that is a good quote. Nonetheless, please lets maintain some quality.

I don't remember if it's "here here!" or "hear hear!" So you get both.
Lendren2010-10-28 20:26:06
It's "hear hear" -- comes from the call of the town crier, which makes it easy to remember.
