Yes you are. Plenty of very good reasons to vote for Phoebus has been put forth already, especially in Kira's last post. Kira may one day snap and kill us all, but until then, she is undeniably a skilled mafia player. And suggesting that I move my vote away from Phoebus "which seems to be a dead end" is very hypocritical when that is essentially what you and Phoebus are voting on him for. Arath is a great target for roleblocks, tracking, whathaveyou of investigation, but he is nowhere near the level of scumminess that you and Phoebus emit.

Er, wut? I was merely recognizing that odds are that anyone we lynch today is innocent. Assuming a scum team of 4, the odds against successfully choosing a scum at random are 2 to 1. "Sacrificial lamb" is just a turn of phrase, i.e. an innocent person accidentally lynched in order to move the game along.

Yes. Get a trap going. Is personal insults the best you have? It worked. Phoebus has given us a post where she takes two unrelated messages and fuses them together in a poor attempt to implicate me as scum. But by all means, keep waving that chain saw. All it does is making you appear scummier when it's revealed that Phoebus is scum. Of course, your suggestion towards Gleip, coupled with a very peculiar lack of heat against Vendetta for voting without any reasoning whatsoever, just further adds proof to my innocence and your guilt. At the moment, I'm willing to bet my tail you and Phoebus are a scumteam.

Well, that last post of Araths did it for me... I'm changing my vote. A few too many accusations in there, even for my taste... How is it revealed that Phoebus is scum? It may be your opinion, but I can't say it's "revealed" anyhow. Personally I simply see it as someone who has followed MSPA and getting a bit eager about it being a theme to this mafia game.

His aggressive defence says more to me than the accusations currently being thrown around by/towards Arath and Othero/Phoebus.

You mean the post where Vendetta voted for you for no reason, meaning he agreed with me? So you want to know why I didn't flip-flop and attack someone in agreement with me? I just want to get that straight. You think it is scummy that I didn't attack someone who agreed with me? Unless you think Vendetta is also scummy that doesn't make it evidence. Nor is Phoebus and I a scumteam.

And that is 5 votes on Arath which we seem to be considering ninja lynch territory.

I do know what the term sacrificial lamb means, but really, with us knowing nothing about anyone else, anyone could be townie. Also, while the speculations we have on Day One is far from confirmation, neither are we randomly picking a 'sacrificial lamb'.

@Othero: Now that you mentioned it, Vendetta did vote without giving any reason whatsoever.



However, after reading and re-reading Arath's posts about his 'trap', it doesn't make any sense to me at all. How did a vote on -Othero- result on a trap that reveals Phoebus? Before your post, there was nothing that seemed to suggest that the two were scum together, only the information after that could possibly be read that way.

I was against both of them actually. Arath is guilty, but not guilty as charged. I'd put him as the 4th scummiest guy, after Phoebus, Othero and Rika.

If we have 14 people, doesn't that mean 7 is lynch? Or does it require 51%?

I didn't read it as has already revealed, but will be revealed. In other words, that when Phoebus dies and shows up scum, it will reflect badly upon Othero who has been very defensive regarding Phoebus. Of course, this will all fall flat if it turns out that Phoebus is town, but he seems very convinced that Phoebus is scum. If this was day 2 or later, I'd wonder if he wasn't a cop, but so far I think I'm the only one who's done a daytime cop in a game.

Still. I can't shake the feeling that he got trained much too fast to be mafia. So I won't be voting on him. However, Othero's suggestion towards Gleip makes me want to reconsider again. The Phoebus/Othero scum team seems more and more likely.

One last thing though, which is making me worried. Could Arath be a Jester? This is Casilu after all. She seems to have a fondness for these creeps.

And a lynch requires 51% votes.

If there were a Jester in this game, I feel that Rika would be the more likely candidate. Her repeated insistence up till now that Arix is SK without any nightkills and that should be lynched despite other players with more dodgy behaviour is the strangest and most 'target me!' kind of behaviour.
