That's 3 of 5 needed votes, lets be careful, we want information, not to accidentally kill a townie.

Eh, I don't have anything, but I'll say my bit since it's being asked for.
I am Felix Fentah. I'm a barber that apparently doesn't get much business, because no one's dropped by recently. A few newspapers from my waiting area are missing.

Hm. Ok. Unvote.
It sure would be useful to have someone who can see what people have in their garbage right now...

Well, here's a thought. So far, I believe I'm the only person to reveal my name. Whether or not that might be dangerous in this game is hard to tell, or if they have any meaning or use at all. We might wait that out a bit and see if anyone can affirm who I am by my name.

I did in fact target Tekora last night, if that clears anything up. I can choose whose purchases I look at.

I'm getting a bit confused here, because you said this before:
QUOTE (Romertien @ Nov 22 2010, 09:20 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
To clarify: I don't see who bought stuff, but rather, what somebody bought.
So, I know that Tekora bought a few D&D books. If that's reason enough to lynch me, then I suggest you take another look at the reason when I'm dead.

You don't see who bought the stuff, but you know somebody bought whatever because you can check what someone bought?
Unknown2010-11-24 19:20:41
That's three times you've claimed, and each time, you claim differently.
At first, I was inclined towards Tekora between the two of you, but now that you've changed your claim twice, I'm very suspicious of you right now.

I, for one, did not go anywhere, but rather stayed in my shop checking up on purchases and inventory. From what I can tell, Tekora's a regular customer, so I'm disinclined to vote for him.

Given the nature of this game, I'm going to say Vote: No lynch. I don't think this pointing fingers at each individual until we get roleclaims from everyone is going to work. I feel that since everyone supposedly has some sort of power that gives us information, if we piece everything together, we'll be able to find more out than if we just lynched someone today.
Unknown2010-11-24 21:17:04
I'm keeping my vote on Romertien. You've reexplained your role three times in three slightly different ways. That plus claiming something similar to someone else is enough to make me suspicious enough to lynch.

Seeing as we clearly noted that it was Tekora that claimed a role similar to mine, and not the other way around...
VOTE: OTHERO
Your logic is unsound.
Mirami2010-11-25 07:11:08
I can check what somebody last bought from my shop. It's targetted, night action. All of my claims so far revolve around this power. I've tried to explain how my power seems different from Tekora's, and thus clarified this. Numerous times.
Tekora2010-11-25 07:44:50
Romertien's power is indeed different from mine, as mine is innate and I need make no action to use it. Also seeing that Romertien did target me helps confirm my suspicions about what my power really does. (Detect how many people target me.)
That said, looking at power claims so far, I don't think it would help us to narrow our views and perceptions of people's roles as cookie-cutter templates of standard mafia roles. They all seem to have some strange quirk, apparently by design.

With 8 idjeets alive, it'll take 5 of you to bring that number down to 7.

Once again I am a bit wary. You say we need to piece together what everyone can bring to the table to figure things out, but you've given the least information out of anyone. You say trying to get everyone to roleclaim isn't going to help, but unless I'm mistaken, you're the only one who hasn't given any idea for what your role is. So that makes me feel like you're trying to hide it, despite everyone being on an even playing field with their information-gathering ability out in the open, even if only vaguely.

I've already said that I have nothing to offer because I was unable to do anything last night. The bolded sentence makes no sense to me. I'm suspicious to you because I say that getting everyone to roleclaim isn't going to help so I haven't roleclaimed myself? Wouldn't it be more suspicious for someone to say that we should all roleclaim but not do so themselves (re: Arath in the last game)?
Really, this going around in circles is doing nothing for us.

Diamondias couldn't find anything out last night either but still said what kind of information can be found through her ability. Knowing what information we have to work with is obviously pretty important, so knowing another source of information and what kind of information it might be able to provide would help, in my opinion.

I investigate any suspicious activity. Since there was no suspicious activity on day 0, I was unable to do anything on night 0.

Hm, well, ok. Unvote.
I wonder what counts as suspicious activity? All anyone has gotten so far is "someone bought food" and "these guys bought books".
