The class relativism excuses are so great. One should compare and nerf monks then to the weakest classes in the game using them, then!

I completely agree, since that's a definition of balance.

Hyperactive should be more on par with Puissance.
I hope if we do redo it, we can finally make it of some use for bards too, since it's a trans skill of ours as well but almost never worth using even if it cost no power; so very, very few things we do use balance.

That was tried.
The answer indicates they did not agree there was a problem with hyperactive.
@Asmodea:
1) Cap is being done now to both stop the massive speed capable now, and keep that from even further lowering with speed changes.
2) I do not chain forms, its actually a bad plan generally. You speed up at the 4th one in a row but good chance you fail to pull the form in time and lose lots of balance.
3) Personally I would prefer we make tripleflash help with mobs more so. Remove Hyperactive. And at that point if we want a puissance type thing, can put it where tripleflash used to be.
@X:
Really they didnt add new classes, they replaced old ones. Monks are new Warriors, bards still seem like new guardians (affliction).
