Not sure why you'd think someone trying to pull an EternalSleep on you would be part of your org, but anyway. You can see dreamforms via casting the respective low/highmagic skills, standing next to a chandelier, or by being out-of-phase yourself (aka dreamweaving). Some psionic abilities should be able to target (though not see) them too, if you know the name of the 'weaver.
