By influence quests, do you mean honours quests which have an influencing component in them? If so, maybe the easiest ones, but the higher level ones, you'll definitely need more Influence. And the thing is with Influence, the biggest boost comes at Transcendent in the form of CharismaticAura.

Something else to consider is that you can get someone else to do the influencing part for you for some quests.
