So then how does it update? I imported the new file and it still says beta46.

You install it exactly the same way you did the first time. Vadi updates things on his end, and you just download and import it again. That link you got originally should always be up to date with whatever changes get pushed for the system.

I think I found the spot. thanks for the help. It's right on the main website under "updates" I feel a little dumb heh. And yet dumber that's for Achaea sleep.gif

If you bought during beta do you have to rebuy the system?
Dysolis2011-03-05 02:48:06
Ok I had Mudlet installed twice, I put the updated system in the one that Windows 7 wanted me to use. I should probably get rid of the other copy.

Nope

So, as terribly lazy and what not as this sounds, I was curious what other people use for their healing percentages and their stance/parry priorities/weights. Obviously, head/arms/legs for warrior combat all need to have decent priority since it seems like if any of them aren't working, you're totally hosed and can't swing at your target.

I generally prioritize Head/larm/rarm/lleg/rleg/chest/gut. 275/275/275/275/275/550/550 for stancing. Same for parry. I use the distributed weighted strategy for parrying, and mostlimb strategy for stancing.

As for percentages, it generally depends on what I'm going up against. Monks my sip percentage for health is generally pretty low (60% or so) while sparkle/scroll is higher (80% or so). Mana against classes that kill based on mana is essentially the same deal. Ego, well, never ran into too many folks that go for ego.

Anywhoot, that's enough for me. Again, just curious what other folks like to use based on who/what they're going against.

Note to self: Make a set of aliases/buttons to change percentages/stances/parrying based on who/what I'm fighting.

Hm, got a useful idea. Auto-rewield whatever got involuntarily unwielded when it's possible to rewield. Will add when I've got more time...

Ooooh. That sounds excellent. I've had it coded into my system for ages, but it doesn't always tic.

That would be all kinds of excellent, got to the point when fighting stuff that would break my arms that I'd become too lazy to re-wield my weapon/shield and just started using cosmicfire tongue.gif

It's very easy to trigger it?

yay new update: http://vadisystems.com/mm/2011/03/11-3-3-update/

rewielding wasn't too finished in it though, other stuff necessitated the update. hopefully I'll finish it by the next time.

I think this most recent update broke the 'works while locked into a module' bit, leading to the most embarrassing, most hilarious fail of an aetherhunt ever.
Vadi2011-03-30 13:22:50
Not the case here...

I led an aetherhunt with the latest update, killed slivven while locked in the chair. No issues here.
