Not to mention powerful seems subjective, I mean, the Aeromancers aren't going to view you drawing up a storm as very powerful, but some villager in Dairuchi may view you as the greatest person that ever lived!

this is true, but is also what makes it more interesting.

As a side note: The bull altar quest makes me feel like the moon coven was a lot more powerful back in the taint wars.

Rhoswen? The first half of that quest gives little historical snippets about ancestors related directly or indirectly to each guild before then you go off and do the bull stuff (at least I assume the two are connected as completing one lead me directly to the other).
