A few people have asked me about this. Thus, here is the log.
I absolutely adored the RP of this, and would like to give a thank you to Lyreth for it. (Sacrifices had to be made 4theCollective and all.)
PS: Plz not to be making this thread about IG politics kbai.

The Divine voice of Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince echoes in your head, "Indeed, dear?"
You tell Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince, "You recall when I spoke to You, before my election, of how politics might interfere with my ties to You?"
The Divine voice of Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince echoes in your head, "I do recall some trifling mention of contingencies pertaining to that nature, yes."
You tell Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince, "I fear that such a moment will present itself very shortly in the coming months."
The Divine voice of Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince echoes in your head, "How so, dear? Elostian has been markedly inoffensive throughout this entire affair, which is rather saying something."
You tell Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince, "Yes, that is. To be honest, I worry that I shall no longer be the sort of follower You would wish in Your order. For now, we are on terms with Celest that allow such devotion."
The Divine voice of Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince echoes in your head, "For now, dear?"
Strains of unearthly music fill the air as motes of incandescent light manifest, coalescing into the form of Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince.
You curtsey respectfully before Lyreth.
Lyreth tilts His head curiously.
You tell Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince, "That might change, my Lord."
Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince says, "...might it indeed?"
You say, "I would be lying if I said otherwise."
Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince says, "Against the will of yourself, premier political official of the Sovereign Commonwealth of Hallifax, with the ear of its very Patron, no less?"
You say, "Me as the Governor, or me as Your humble servant? One can have conflicting desires, my Lord, and in this the will of my political self outweighs my personal wishes."
Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince says, "What could be so terrible, to have you in such a state, then?"
Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince says, "Your wedding, of course. I suppose I might pardon the Shevats their fancies..."
A wry smile spreads across your face.
You say, "Hallifax is unhappy with the Trinity. And has been for some time."
(Order): Aaralyn says, "Greetings, my Lord."
You see the following people here:
Lyreth, Sylandra
(Order): Pesukaru says, "Lord Lyreth, are You hiding?"
Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince says, "You wish to secede, then?"
You have emoted: Sylandra hesitates somewhat, then allows herself a slow nod.
Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince says, "You..."
Frowning slightly, Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince says, "You would not allow your city to stand without allies against the schisms that are already formed, would you."
Very softly, you say, "No, my Lord, I would not."
Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince unfurls His wings slightly, gazing at you pointedly.
Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince says, "What would you then do, dear?"
You drop to one knee, demonstrating your humility and respect.
Her voice fighting to remain level, you say, "What my city requires of me, my Lord."
You say, "And if that involves allying with those who are...opposed to..."
You have emoted: Sylandra lets her voice trail off, the words becoming difficult to say.
Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince says, "Opposed to. Opposed to?"
Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince allows the faintest flicker of a scowl to mar His features, chin jutting out proudly.
The words a whisper, you say, "Opposed to Your city, my Lord."
Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince says, "What they have done to My city. What that vile, treacherous bastard did to Me."
Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince says, "You would join them. You would...you..."
You have emoted: Sylandra bows her head humbly, bracing herself.
You have recovered balance on all limbs.
Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince snarls, fair cast deepening in hue to a ruddy scarlet hue.
(Order): Pesukaru says, "Either I'm blind, or I'm missing Lord Lyreth's usually flashy, upbeat and golden entry."
Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince says, "I will not stand for this. Not from My meanest, least-favoured supplicant."
Thinly, Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince says, "And not, madam Governor, from you."
Voice choking out, you say, "That is fair, my Lord."
Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince straightens, wings furling absently about Himself.
Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince says, "Your reasons are unsound and the company which you keep has clearly driven you beyond the point of reasonable sanity, but your devotion to your city is admirable. May you yet find solace in it."
You have emoted: Sylandra keeps her head low, tears streaming unbidden down her cheeks.
Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince flicks a hand grimly, turning about.
Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince says, "You will find none with Mine."
Spasms of acute pain suddenly wrack your body, twisting your insides in vicious knots. Your flesh rips painfully apart, revealing mounds of disgusting, disease-ridden maggots which burst from your skin as the world seems to grow larger and larger. The mocking laughter of Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince rings in your ears as your transformation into a filthy maggot is complete.
Your race is now that of Maggot.

Part shameless plug, and partly to show some of the conflict Sylandra faced due to alignment with a foreign Divine and Lyreth's teachings of truth etc., methinks it's time to declassify 'Operation Songbird.' Sylandra of course, was a joy to RP with.

All harmless information obviously, but it was really enjoyable for my part all the same. Glad to see my analysis of her loyalty was proved correct!

Operation Songbird:
===================
Operation Songbird was initiated in Roarkian, 270 CE and was the first
investigation into a Divine, and their Divine Order. Regrettably, no
Company officer was able to infiltrate the Order directly, so the
Ministry made use of a civilian informant to verify and corroborate
their own findings; regrettably some subjectivity and trivialities crept
into our informant's reports. The Operation was successfully concluded
in 275 CE.

Document Identifier: SC-Inf-O-Lyr
Document Classification: SECRET
Document Type: Informant Operation Protocol
Authorizing Officer: Chief Superintendent Ushaara, Sentinel Company
Civilian Informant: Minister of Cultural Affairs, Sylandra Skyplume
As per Sentinel Company security protocol SC-12x13a, and on the orders
of both Senator Casilu, Minister of Peace and Chief Superintendent
Ushaara, Senior Officer of the Internal Political Directorate, the
designated civilian agent has been called upon to serve the
Commonwealth.
This operation has been designated 'OPERATION SONGBIRD' and bears the
classification: SECRET.
Mission Brief:
--------------
The Divine known as, Lord Lyreth the Sidereal Prince, has established a
beachhead within the city of Hallifax. While not contrary to the Peace
Articles, this has nevertheless caused concerns regarding the integrity
and autonomy of the Collective. Your recent return to His order has
provided the Collective with a perfect opportunity to monitor His order
for attempts to sway or influence the Commonwealth.
As an informant, you will submit reports to either the Chief
Superintendent or Minister of Peace. Should you be discovered, all
operations are to cease immediately and any case documents to be
immediately censored. You will return to the Ministry of Peace for
immediate debriefing.
You are requested to inform us of all Hallifaxian citizens who are also
members of Lord Lyreth's order. Transcripts of any discussions that
pertain to Hallifax, its ideology, or attempts to alter its beliefs
should also be recorded and presented as evidence.
Minister Skyplume, your service and loyalty to the Collective to date
has been noted. As a result, you have been judged worthy of serving the
city in this capacity. We need not remind you that the State is more
important than the individual. To share this secret is to betray us, and
to betray us is to betray the Collective.
The contents of this document should be assimilated immediately and all
written record of this operation destroyed.
=============================
Selected Informant's Reports:
=============================
o In regards to Operation Songbird. The Hallifaxian members of the Order
are as follows: Sylandra Skyplume, Shulamit Lunarose, Doman Salceto.
o Nothing to report except that Lord Lyreth dislikes aeromancy, mostly
because of novices gusting His songbirds about.
o Lord Lyreth has said that He finds Hallifax to be a 'cold' and
'unemotional' place.
o Lord Lyreth, though known to prefer New Celest over Hallifax, has
shown that he trusts Hallifax with his followers. One of his cantors was
lonely and seeking a new home in which to embrace the arts and he kindly
led him towards our city. He attests to wishing happiness for his own
over anything. It's a compliment to our city, I believe.
=================
Company Analysis:
=================
Since his return from the void, Lord Lyreth has aligned himself with the
city of New Celest, presumably due to some emotional attachment to his
mate, Lord Eventru. While some of his tenets, as an artist god of the
Fourth Circle, are in accordance with the teachings of the Collective,
his emotional outbursts, unpredictable nature, fanciful public displays
and own opinions are deemed to make him an unsuitable match for the
Collective. Should the State look to establish closer ties with, or one
day assimilate, New Celest into the Collective, these points of accord
may ease in this process.
Lord Lyreth's teachings of Beauty and Truth are admirable, though more
individualist and subjective in nature than those of the Collective. We
must remember that Truth and Beauty are absolute, perfect,
unquestionable and objective.
The events detailed in the last report from our informant signified that
Lord Lyreth is of no threat to the State and concluded Operation
Songbird. His presence in the city is usually to give a member of His
order a gift, or to hold an impromptu poetry reading, and not subvert
the teachings of the Collective.
During the course of this operation, Lord Lyreth made repeated attempts
to persuade Minister Skyplume to renounce the Collective and join him in
New Celest, promising her that she would be more greatly appreciated
there. Minister Skyplume rejected these advances and is worthy of
commendation for her loyalty to the State.
=====================================
Order Members and Known Sympathisers:
=====================================
o Sylandra Skyplume, Alderwoman: Has proven her loyalty to the
Collective time and time again. No further investigation necessary.
o Shulamit Lunarose, Freewoman: Artist. Trademistress of Skyscribes, the
city's bookbinding cartel. Was appointed by our Eternal Chairman Cririk
Adom as the State's first Librarian in modern times. Her affiliation
with Lord Lyreth is a presumed result of the lack of a suitable patron
in the State's existing pantheon. No threat to the Collective's ideals.
No further investigation necessary.
o Doman Salceto, Gentleman: First Provost of the Aeromancers, Lord of
the Transphenortex Grid. City's longest serving member of Lyreth's
order. Joined the order in Celest before the State's return to the
Basin, and remained a member during Lord Lyreth's extended absence in
the Void. His long-standing association with Lord Lyreth is not deemed
at odds with the State's Peace Articles. No further investigation
necessary at this time.
o Tekora Freewind, Gentleman: Ex-Minister of Trade. His loyalty to Lord
Lyreth was questioned when he contested for the position of Mayor.
Following this, he renounced his association with Lord Lyreth's order,
though his mayoral campaign was ultimately unsuccessful. A highly
effective and conscientious Minister of Trade. His loyalty to the
Collective is not in doubt. No further investigation required.
o Phoebus Skyplume, Senator: Archmage of the Aeromancers. Her brief
association with Lord Lyreth's order is presumed to be the result of her
family members' association with the order. When her family members left
the order, she soon followed. Now a member of Lord Elostian's order.
Loyalty to the Collective not in question. No further investigation
necessary.

You got some Phoebus information wrong, silly. She was the first Skyplume in the order. She left because she grew up a little and felt distant from the feel the order had, which was too frivolous and childish for her tastes at that point. If you're going to gather information, do it right!! Heheh.
But! This is one of the reasons why I miss having an active Ushaara for the Sentinels. I was always hearing about the awesome stuff you would get up to! So sad that you're so scarce these days.
