It's possible, but unfortunately Phoebus has already lost her morale for the day.

Meanwhile, while it is of course possible that Xikue isn't anti-Han, the weight of evidence is enough to suggest that she might be, and if she turns out to be innocent we'll at least have a better estimate of how many people are lying.

Order army to attack Xikue.
Ssaliss2011-03-11 13:12:58
Yeah. No duel, vote is back in place. Next day, however, I'd like to see a Wu (preferrably Solanis) duel Wu. I have my reasons for wanting it to be Solanis, but... for now, that's all I'll say.
Ssaliss2011-03-11 13:13:19
Erm... and perhaps this.

Order army to attack Xikue
Unknown2011-03-11 15:24:15
Hrm. If you really need proof, I can vote for myself. In the mean time, I'm going to ORDER ARMY TO ATTACK SOLANIS. He and Rika have been on my short list of Dong Zhuo suspects for a while, mainly due to their level of activity throughout the game. Since Rika seems to be Cao Cao, that leaves Solanis.

Battlefield Status Update

Phoebus is under attack by: Rika (1)
Xikue is under attack by: Llesvelt, Kalaneya, Ileein, Ssaliss (4)
Solanis is under attack by: Xikue (1)

Phoebus and Caerulo's Armies are demoralized and cannot fight!

With 9 effective armies on the field, it will take 5 to overwhelm an opposing general!
Rika2011-03-11 19:35:28
Of the people alive, I have more posts than everyone but Llesvelt, Phoebus, Ssaliss, and Xikue. I'm not sure what your problem with my activity is. I can extend that to saying Solanis has more posts than Caerulo and Dynami.

Even if there is an issue with my activity, Shamarah's post earlier summed it up pretty well for me.
Rika2011-03-11 19:36:29
Also, I'm cool with just getting this game over and done with.

Withdraw army from Phoebus.

Order army attack Xikue.
Unknown2011-03-11 22:34:08
My interest in this game waned over the last couple days. That's why I haven't been posting. Not much really to say. But sure. Lets hurry things up.

ORDER ARMY ATTACK XIKUE
Ssaliss2011-03-11 22:38:36
Already past the lynch-limit smile.gif
Tekora2011-03-12 06:06:20
Xikue is under attack by: Llesvelt, Kalaneya, Ileein, Ssaliss, Rika, Solanis (6)

Even with Xikue's requirement of a 66% vote, rather than 50%, that's a lynch!
Tekora2011-03-12 06:24:22
The battle begins slowly, with various skirmishes along the shorelines. These skirmishes are mostly against auxilary encampments along the river, but shortly after an escalation in the battle, a sizable force appears from the direction of Shou Chun... it is Xikue, revealed as the legendary warrior, Lu Bu!

Lu Bu's assault begins in earnest, with the rogue general attacking any opposing forces in sight, be they Wei, Wu, or Shu. Drawing the ire of all three factions, they begin to band together to force Lu Bu from the field, but it is nearly impossible to pin down his forces, let alone lay waste to them! However, as pressure mounts and more forces are brought to bear, the famous general's troops begin to tire, many of them falling to the combined onslaught and eventually leaving just the warrior himself, surrounded by foes. However, even outnumbered and alone amongst the enemy, the Flying General proceeds to hold his ground against superior numbers. It is only through the combined efforts of 6 generals and their armies that the legendary Lu Bu is laid low and struck down...

QUOTE
Xikue was Lu Bu - The Flying General!

You are Lu Bu, the greatest warrior of the Three Kingdoms era. Your strength is unmatched and your threats are few. Will any be able to stop you from rising to glory as you cut a bloody swathe through the Three Kingdoms?

Peerless General - During the night, you may choose an opposing general to challenge to a duel. However, unlike a duel conducted during the day, this duel will result in no information for the Kingdoms and the person you challenge will be killed without fail. (This is effectively a nightkill.)

DO NOT PURSUE LU BU - The wisened generals of the age know better than to challenge you. This translates to an immunity to daykills and nightkills, and it will require at least a two-thirds majority to lynch you.

You win when Cao Cao, Sun Quan and Liu Bei are all dead and there are no other obstacles to impede your dominance.

Eventually, the naval forces join the fray and the major engagements begin up and down the river. At first, Cao Cao's forces gain the upper hand, vastly outnumbering the combined Shu and Wu forces. However, in an act that will echo throughout history, the Wu navy manages to execute a devastating fire attack against Cao Cao's fleet, killing the vast majority of his 800,000-strong force. Thoroughly defeated, Cao Cao barely manages to escape the slaughter himself and is forced to withdraw all the way back to Xu Chang. He never recovers the momentum of his earlier campaign, setting the stage for the formation of the Three Kingdoms as the forces of Shu proceed to spend the next several years procuring the western lands of the Empire, dividing the whole of China into three parts, Wei in the north, Wu in the south and Shu in the west...

Time is moving forward. Send in your night actions. You have 36 hours.

As time continues on, the alliance between Shu and Wu becomes more and more strained, spurred by the refusal of Shu to return the Jing Territory to Wu, who considered the territory their rightful possession. Eventually, Wu would launch an attack in coordination with Wei to liberate the Jing Province from Shu's control.

Enraged by this betrayal and against the better council of their advisors who insist focus upon the conflict with Wei, the forces of Shu go to war against the Kingdom of Wu. The two armies meet in a fateful confrontation at Yi Ling...

It is 222 AD and with 10 armies on the field, it will take 6 to overwhelm an opposing general!
Llesvelt2011-03-13 23:39:42
Well, Lu Bu is dead, and it seems that is a good thing indeed.
Ssaliss2011-03-13 23:46:22
Definitely.

I just want to reiterate my wish to see a duel between Solanis and Phoebus. Since both claim to be Wu, you should be able to confirm that through a duel. If, indeed, you both are Wu, odds are you'll discover that when duelling, just like me and Arix did. The reason why I want Phoebus to be in the duel is because she is the Wu I suspect the most, and the reason I want Solanis in the duel... well, for now, I'll just keep that a secret, but there is a (rather minor) reason why I want him.
Ileein2011-03-14 00:09:57
Sounds like a fair desire to me.
Tekora2011-03-14 05:03:24
Rika's forces are still on their way to the battlefield when an imperial procession approaches their camp. Rika emerges from her tent to meet them, but remains skeptical as the messenger approaches. Wielding a large scroll, the messenger unfurls it... and retrieves the blade wrapped within. Rika has no chance to react as the assassin lunges forward, impaling her viciously.

Rika's guards proceed to dispatch the attackers quickly, their torn robes revealing the armor of Dong Zhuo's soldiers beneath, but it is too late, the deed is done as Rika perishes from her wounds shortly after...

QUOTE
Rika was Cao Cao - The Hero of Chaos

You are Cao Cao, the Founder of Wei. Once a general of the Han, you have aspired to greater heights and now hold dominion over the Kingdom of Wei, the largest of the Three Kingdoms! If you can crush the resistance posed by Wu and Shu, China will be yours to unite!

Leader - As the Duke of the Kingdom of Wei, once per day, you may issue a general order to your subordinate officers. However, due to spies and other hazards, there is only a 50% chance any given officer will receive this order and a 10% chance that the order may be intercepted by a spy of a rival faction! Unfortunately, there is no way to know the fate of your message once you send it.

You win when the Kingdom of Wei holds a majority over the combined forces of Wu and Shu and there are no threats to the sanctity of the Han.

With 9 armies on the field, it will take 5 to overwhelm an opposing general.
Llesvelt2011-03-14 06:08:43
Nooooo!

Bastards!
Unknown2011-03-14 07:11:38
This merely proves the superiority of Sun Quan, who remains among the living!

RE: dueling: Ok, sure. I hope your minor reason you want him to duel me isn't something like "probably has a deathstab power" or "total wuss who will assuredly die". But overall I'm much more comfortable duelling this guy than I was about dueling Grandpa Arrowshoot McKillaguy.

Though I don't particularly enjoy the idea of pretty much crippling myself or someone else on the same dang side as me, I would also rather not have you take a refusal as a sign of evil. Sooo, here goes.

Solanis! Come at me bro! I really hope neither of us dies because then I'd feel really bad!
Arix2011-03-14 07:44:18
As long as the duel resolves before I go to bed I can prevent the negative effects

I accept your challenge. Woman.
