Actually, never mind, I'll just say what I mean - I can only use my card once per day/night cycle. Caerulo used his card today, and said that he can use it again the next Day to prove it. If his card operates under the same restrictions, it means he didn't use his card last night.

in the game, it's a generic card, meaning that anyone can use it, as opposed to something like steal, which is character specific, or blizzard, which only a spear-user can use

so yes, you could presumably use it if you had access to it

To Silferras: Arix can protect once per night, Arix can rezz once, period

Yes, I can use my protect once every Day and once every Night. I used it last Night on Ssaliss, I just used it this Day on Ssaliss again, and I can use it every Day and Night.

It's not likely that town has two doctors AND a rezz, so someone is lying. Arix claimed.. Byff, right? Anyone who knows the theme have any comments about that? And.. Caerulo, could we have a nameclaim as well, unless I missed it somewhere?

I'm Siskier, who's apparently dead during the events of Yggdra Union. I have no clue about the theme, nor could I find anything while googling about her. The only information I have on Siskier is what's in my role PM.

Siskier is on the Blaze Union character sheet that Kira linked from tvtropes. Garlot/Gulcasa's first and best friend. I got the impression that she was what kept Gulcasa from going crazy. No mention of what cards or powers any of the characters have.
