The Mark increases offerings by 10% (this includes Godrealm mobs which, as an aside, a bug was fixed and their value now scales on the size of the godrealm). It stacks with the godrealm-size offering bonus.
The summon resistance increase is relatively the same as any other summon resistance ability (it's not a set % gain), in terms of benefit.
The Wand of Windwalls raises windwalls that function identically to windwalls in Aeromancy.
Regarding the Planar Rune, it will allow you to transverse to any plane a rift is attached to no matter the distance. Right now that is only the city nexuses that the benefit exists in (and no, it does not give the Nexus ability in Planar). It will allow you to TRANSVERSE ASTRAL from Prime, for example.
