Constantinople is connected to the European mainland directly. All there in the manual.

Yes. The little round markers are supply depots, which let you make new armies and navies.

There is Serbia, Romania, and Bulgaria. He can't get to Bugaria this round. tongue.gif


He can grab either Serbia or Romania, but not both. If he goes for Romania, he gets nothing.
