I don't know how to reconcile conflicting timezones. I am very poor at that sort of thing.

The game is pretty much already over since the only two things that can stop Russia both didn't take their turns.

Also, there is nothing that states that my fleet in Greece can not retreat to the Aegean sea.

We should probably organise diplomacy groups by sticking people in similar timezones together, or by extending the diplomacy cycle so everyone has a chance to check it.

Also, since there was a standoff in the Black Sea, it doesn't mean the unit was dislodged. It just means the army trying to move to Rumania doesn't get to move.

Scruitinizing the manual, that does make more sense. It also means I need to smack someone later...
