Gotta say I'm 100% behind differentiating NPC enemy territory and Org enemy territory with significantly lower XP loss for NPC enemy territory. I also agree that giving those NPC areas additional 'guard' mobs to compensate for the change would also be a good idea, unless the guards proved an overwhelming force that could pretty much ensure the death of the single individual hunting there. (Midbies in Grey Moors, Gorgog Uber-guards (they already hit extremely hard and team, so even stronger guards rushing in would spell death for pretty much any hunter. Etc.))

Yeah, differentiating org enemy and npc enemy areas would be swell, take out the double xp loss in the latter and it'll be great.
