I've considered finishing Deepnight and asking to have it turned into a village. If submitted with a proper proposal, and over a hundred finished rooms, I think I'd have a shot. However, the purpose of this thread was to see if anyone had any more creative ideas, or if there was a savy businessperson who wanted a manse and a few cartels, who showed me that they had the capability to run things. Given the fact that I have received no emails on this topic to date, I foresee minimal amounts of generosity on my part.
