Worst splendors ever, apparently. Now I have to make another set...

Now I'm curious. What stats?

The low outliers should encourage you to keep trying. If they can be that low, they can be that high!

This design is a pain to make. I need 55 essence total, plus normal materials.
Lilia2012-02-03 05:20:41
Why would you even create a design that was that much of a pain to create?

To make cool custom robes... Mine has something like 50k worth of comms, since its primarily gems, as well as plenty of essence.

I wanted to make a design that was practically impossible to make, but would look weird/awesome. The power of your own cartel!

It's a second skin of mercury. There isn't a single cloth commodity in it and it has only the barest of groundings in plausibility. And I'm the only one in the game who's wearing it.
It's awesome and despite my previous mutterings, I am glad that the admins were willing to let it through.

This robe is based on Casilu Solutions technology, right? :P
Turnus2012-02-03 08:02:52
If its made of mercury just get a smith to smelt and reforge it for you :D
Enyalida2012-02-03 08:09:43
See, now I want to make robes of wind and dream motes.
Unknown2012-02-03 09:30:07
I bet you could talk the Charities into letting you get a hat made out of hopes, dreams and kittens if you used the dream threads from the Gaudi epic and a dead cat.

I dislike being too busy to play with my new toys. Woes.

Your designs were cited, yes.
New splendors came out much better. 70/70.
Moving on
Please correct "have" in the dropped to "has". Please correct "then" in line 2 to "than".
Please change the word 'then' in the second line of the examined to 'than'.
Please change "rather then laces" to "rather than laces". Thanks!
They really are obsessed with that "than".
Riluna2012-02-04 06:49:12
Now I see where the tawdry items for sale are. Hallifax has been hoarding them all. :angry2:

'Rather than' DOES sound more correct IMHO. Don't forget descriptions need to be in British (UK) English, not US.
Unknown2012-02-04 07:31:13
Because 'than' is correct, 'then' is not. It's like 'would have' vs 'would of'.
Riluna2012-02-04 07:44:48
If you're comparing things, then you use 'than'.
Eventru2012-02-04 13:57:33
'Than' is used for comparing two or more items (I would rather go to the store than the movies). 'Rather then' really isn't anything (When we finally get out of here, I would rather then we go home.) Then 'rather' isn't used to compare and express a preference, it's used as an exclamation (I'm rather glad to be home!).
