Played : 236 days, 6 hours, and 36 minutes

My two year anniversary of playing Lusternia was on January 31. :)

Chade:

228 days, 19 hours, and 14 minutes - 35 days minimum of this is forging before the days of tempering (oh how I love thee tempering). Considering I've been around for a long, long time, I think I'm doing it wrong :(

I've been playing since open beta (so a couple weeks less than you I guess) and I'm at mmmaybe 45 days total across all my dudes... But I bet if we had a way to log total forum-time, I'd have everyone but Shiri and Xenthos trumped. :(

My next e-goal is 5000 posts!
Casilu2012-02-06 01:46:14
Only 5000?

Slow and steady wins the race!

Not to change the subject, but 118 solid days without quitting in frustration once is pretty amazing, if not flatly unbelievable. How many unwieldy quest mechanics have made me ragequit for the day? Hmm.

I didn't ragequit until January (of this year). And then it all went downhill from there.

I have never quit Lusternia in frustration before, partly because I take long breaks from the game for work reasons so I never get too emotionally attached. Even Supernal raids never really upset me at all, as a player at least, I expect that to happen.

In fact no action by a player has ever really frustrated me here, I have a large capacity to remind myself this is just a game. I've never really ran into a major bug that prevented me from doing anything I wanted before either.

But the Life Seal tested my patience.

C'est la vie! Time to move on.

So many days played...

Shuyin and Ixion are the only ones I've noticed who pass me in online time on a single character (and I've looked! And neither by very much!). Add my few mortals to my immortals and I break a thousand days online time pretty easily - and that's not counting time I spend online but not in a manner that's trackable! I draw close to 2,000, if you add all my old achaeans and such into the mix. I'd be petrified to know what it looks like if you add in other MUDs and games like FFXI in!

I think I've reached the point where if you have less than 500 days on all your characters, you're just a newbie in my mind - and then the depression sets in.

Crippling, crippling depression. :(

Hooray, I am still just a newbie.

I've been at this point for a while.

So many newbies around.

Eventru's post made me feel (slightly) better about myself.

So who is going to reveal it first?

I shall call it Lusternia's Biggest Loser competition. First prize is the same as the second prize, more depression and joy bundled together.

Aren't both of you forgers though? I don't think it's quite fair to count forgers.

I'm a cook. I have mass-produced 1000 platters before. ._.

SO many things I wanted to have done by now. Just you wait Lusternia, I'll have time for you again eventually.
