I am so confused.

I like the swift divert to a different (patronizing) topic, that had very little to do with what was actually being said. Kudos?
EDIT: At this point, I'm waiting for a topic lock.

This is the tweets thread. Something more interesting came up.
It's not like there's one centralized topic to /divert from!

Time to campaign for the deletion on Surfboards then. Just the first in line, with it leading all the way to the White House.

In my experience, this is not actually true. She enemied me for debating people during a village revolt. Glomdoring, in general, is quicker to enemy and slower to forgive than most other player orgs.
Not that this is a bad thing for a place called "The Merciless Forest" and all. It's really something that people should see coming.
:( Why do people think I'm mean.
I believe my enemy brandings over the last six months have totalled two: Qistrel and Iytha, on the same day. Pretty sure my willy-nilly and unforgiving enemying is not out-of-control. I enemied you both for good IC reasons, if you dispute it, take it up ICly.
Qistrel sent me a message, which I've replied to, and I'm sure that will be resolved in game, as it should.
As for Iytha, it's unfair of you to say what you did. I have nothing against you or anyone else I enemy. Svorai is probably the most willing-to-forgive person in the whole org, False Memory and all. The vast majority of the members of Glomdoring are genuinely nice people who couldn't bear to think that they enemied people for the wrong reason. Anyway, your character was branded for a situational reason, and will stay branded unless you take it up ICly and resolve it there.
tl;dr: I'm sad that I feel I have to defend my actions. I'm nice, really :(

I tried resolving my enemy status to Glom once. I got told that since I was a demi in Seren, they refused to believe I had never killed anything in Glom territory and they wouldn't unenemy people they were at war with anyway. Most of my enemyings are for either defending or participating in domoth upgrades :/ Just saying that saying things like 'take it up ICly' doesn't always work! (Hell, one of my statuses was basically 'someone enemied me to their Order, so I'm enemying you to mine, hah!' - I was sitting at my nexus at the time, and wasn't even in the Order they got enemied to)
That said, I totally heart Svorai. But you have to admit, there are a few people that are very overzealous with their enemy statuses.

They're just luring us into a false sense of security for ascension I swear. What the hell is going on Magnawilde? Ganksquad used to be your special talent.

That's not bloody bad Neo's, I can't bash for crap on my phone (yes I've tried, for giggles).

I got told I couldn't be unenemied was because I was a Minister. Of Cultural Affairs -- notorious for their acts of war! Of course, when I wasn't MoCA anymore, I got told it was because I was GA. When I wasn't GA anymore, I didn't get told anything: my messages just got ignored. So go resolve your spurious enemy statuses IC, particularly if they were given OOC. To this date I have still never, ever killed anything loyal to Glomdoring, defiled any Glomdorian shrines other than in Seren territory, attacked a Glomdorian other than in defense, or gone into Glomdoring, despite more than a century of enemy status. I'm such a menace!

Oh sure, there are. I'm not one, though! And anyway, I think it also depends on who they approach to be unenemied and how they go about it. Every character is different!
 Raeri.
Xenthos2012-02-12 03:24:54
You just constantly harass one of Glomdoring's citizens (Globglob). You are a naughty, naughty man.
Druken2012-02-12 03:27:55
Make a compelling argument to the Ambassador. If the Ambassador says no, go above the Ambassador's head. Find someone to support you, and presto.
We have unenemied seriously at-odds people. If you really haven't done anything antagonistic IC, and if you really do want to be unenemied, give it a go. Giving up won't work, though!

I don't really understand the aversion to being enemied to groups your own organizations are opposed to. :|
Unknown2012-02-12 03:31:51
Being declared an enemy give them free reign to jump and kill you without further provokation. Annoying if you want to go places outside of your territory.
Ytran2012-02-12 03:35:11
Er, isn't that the case no matter what, and hence the existence of Avenger?
Enyalida2012-02-12 03:36:37
Well. Philosophical free reign, you still run into things like Avenger and honor loss!
