Ragniliff and I were literally RL hours away from signing an agreement commune to commune instead of just guild-to-guild to not mulch eachother's trees because it doesn't get us anywhere when Hiriako became CL, but yes, we have an agreement.

There's a difference between the trees being targeted here. Leolamins chopped normal trees, not elders.
