Yes, let's start with deleting monks
:D
Scax begins bobbing his head and then suddenly thrusts his leg upwards, catching Elaradria painfully
in the gut.
Elaradria begins bobbing her head and then suddenly thrusts her leg upwards, catching Aerys
painfully in the gut.
Viynain reaches out and grasps Aerys's soul as it leaves her body, sending shuddering wracks of pain
through her. With a loud wail, the miasma of spirits surrounding Viynain fluctuates and flares,
their numbers growing before Aerys's soul manages to escape.
Aerys has been slain by Viynain.
:D

Good idea. If I can sit there and survive a monk it means we need a mechanic that requires people also run!
Seriously though can we fix all the rubies, phantomspheres, vessels, etc?
Are pyros still envoying vessels next?

I already envoyed adding a cure for rubies
Enyalida2012-05-01 00:25:01
Yeah, and making it the ONLY cure for rubies (it was spamming sever on yourself), in addition to making rubies easier to stack/less needed to get the benefits of rubies. :P

Sometimes I see names that I think I should know, even though I don't.
Unknown2012-05-01 07:23:03
You guys are trolling! Turn away from your griefing ways. /Nothing of substance to add.
Also, I agree.. no more run or die mechanics please.

I think I feel kind of bored with Lusternia... I was excited all day about telling myself I was going to log in, but now that I have, I'm just kind of...standing around and not doing anything. And I can't think of anything I want to do... :(
Veyrzhul2012-05-01 23:32:15
Either just wait for the possibly upcoming revolt or...
RAID! PLUNDER! PILLAGE!

I suggested that you come visit Aries, there are many abhorrences up here to kill.

I'd probably just depress them with my aura of crushing apathy, and they wouldn't even bother to spawn anymore.

Aw.
We could do a maypole dance around the node until they return.
I'm sure abhorrences will come to watch coloured streamers twine.
Edit: I am also now visualizing Sojiro, Sidd, and Vadi participating in this as well while dodging abhorrences. Not quite what I wanted to be doing. *cough*

Find something to hate. Mold and pack that hate in to a little core and keep it deep inside of you. Whenever you're bored, just tap in to that little ball, and remain active just to SPITE it. Because you win if whatever it is dies first.
And that's how you win at online games.
Edit- Alternately, expand your manse to biblical proportions. That's also how you win. Or cast about for a bit of RP you haven't really delved in to. Also winning. But the first one is just more fun to claim/say than ones that... you know, actually work.

I'm glad you did the edit-- playing the game specifically to 'spite' other people is not really a good reason to play a game. :P If you're that bitter and angry, it's probably a very good time to take a break and re-orient yourself.
The point of Lusternia, in the end, is to enjoy yourself and have a good time. Set positive goals for yourself, work towards them-- it's far healthier than attempting to tear something else down!

No way, it's not enough that I succeed, others have to fail.

Well, I originally wrote it intending to convey a healthy dose of irony. Then when I posted it, and read it back, it didn't convincingly come across, and looked rather serious. So I decided to water the post down with the edit, rather than deal with an argument that I never intended to start.

I'm head of a department in the Institute, and Maellio has just gone and made practically all of it classified (so people have to harass me to publish things, essentially), I have this nagging worry that everyone's going to think I did it in a sort of "Look at me!" kind of way, but I didn't :(
