If 4 different people are having issues finding items that an NPC wants over the course of 5+ hours, then either:
1) The thing is bugged and the requested items aren't respawning; or
2) The NPC isn't giving enough information.
A post saying the guy is 'waiting impatiently for assistance' doesn't really help at all! :(

Institute should get a timed instakill.
It should involve calculating the coordinates of the target, then sending those coordinates to a satelite, which then shoots a laser beam of annihilating prismatic death upon the target.
