I can see where you're coming from, but I personally find someone stealing the progress I've made on a quest about a hundred times more annoying.

They all add to the personality of the bard guilds. I guess what I feel is lacking from Dirge's deathsight is what is very much present in Threnody:

Soandso has been finely pureed by the discordant notes of Somecaco.

It's the 'feel' of the wording that appeals to me, I suppose.

Finally have to stop resisting and put more lessons into Dramatics. BOO. :lol:

It shames me to admit that I have only recently just grasped the image of Nocht's Realm. Somehow, it reminds me of this old Looney Toons movie with Bugs Bunny and Marvin the Martian with all the platforms floating in space, or in this case, an abyss. It such a lovely Wyrden environment.

Only when you've spent a while complaining about Urazial doing it, just to pick up the habit yourself when he's gone.

Going to chime in on this, simply because my in game name is brought up now and then. Yes, I know it is a hard-core necro, but it is worth responding to due to the fact that at the time this was posted, I hadn't been playing in a year or so.

When I made Urazial, I went into it with the decision to make him a product of his environment. Good or bad. Glomdoring's setting, at the time, was near constant raiding by Celest and Serenwilde. During the time of Urazial's youth, there was a lack of active "hardcore" combatants.

Fact is, I could barely rp, grab a beer, or light a smoke without a raid occuring in Glom while in Urazial's youth. Every. Single. Day. Many. Many. Times. A. Day.

Nowadays, I find text combat quite dull- and in the old days, I was quite inexperienced in it. Hence the hit and run raids. I'm not going to apologize for my actions, because as I said I set out to make him a product of his environment. What was, for me, a true roleplay, and set out on chance rather than choice. I will, however, sympathize for the enviroment that spawned for Urazial.

But hey... given that I haven't played in a few years and my name has still managed to pop up... for what it's worth, I'm amused.

I hate that part, it goes on for-freaking-ever. Though in future, remember you can CARESS/TURN/POKE EGG HERE to specify the egg in the room, so any stray eggs you've scooped up won't get in the way.

That sucks though. But on the plus side maybe you can make a sweet omelette?

This massive egg consists of a mineral shell that appears to contain large amounts of both crystal and types of metal, making it look like a massive treasure rather then something produced by an animal. The egg is cracked and broken, the form of a dead dragon wyrmling, its bones snapped and crushed, is visible within.

The 'here' thing is very useful ta, I just forgot it in my panic. Should have known it wasn't my day when I punched my wyvern to death without noticing it wasn't the mother wyvern...
