"Solution #3: Have Stillwater hit those that are deep below water for 20-25% of their max health."
Requiring whirlpool and stillwater makes sense enough, to me.

That's what I get for reading reports on my ipod.

Has anyone ever played a mrriak-furrikin?
Kiradawea2011-08-21 18:32:04
Been tempted to. Kira isn't too dissimilar to a mrriak.

Balancing responsibility, the polite refusal thereof, the amount of time I can invest before getting bored, and whatever 'primetime' is for whatever organization I opt to (re)appear in.
This is difficult. And, horrifyingly, it feels like Gaudiguch might be the easiest.

Just come back to Halli and don't take on leadership positions (easier said than done, I know).

Damn. I can't believe I missed this so long. Rave for BUGAPPEND, though!

Updated text for bug 17334:

FAMILY TREE SYLPHAS says, on the very first line, "You are a root generation member of the Great House of Talnara by
marriage." This is false. I am bloodbonded as Shiri's brother. I'm going to assume the non-replicable/vague returns have
been timeouts and keep submitting this.

By Shiri, I meant Nejii. Oops.

I think the Conclave has been updated with new phrases. Nifty.

Still waiting for a chance to defeat Avatar Chtogglogg, but knowing my luck, it'll be someone else who gets the final hit.

It took Solanis like 5 tries for his.
Kiradawea2011-08-21 22:27:19
I really wish they'd change the way the quest line is rewarded. Making you turn in the corpse somewhere could work, or make it so that anyone who used a heartstone to weaken Chtogglogg would gain the honours when he falls, or what may be the simplest solution and let everyone who hits Chtogglogg gain the honours line when he falls, similar to how everyone who attacks a Supernal gets enemied to Celestia when the Supernal falls.

Is that actually how it works? I don't think I got enemied to Vortex until I got the killing blow on a fleshpot. The ones I hit but didn't kill didn't apply an enemy status when they died.
Also, I've never seen in Continuum logs where people get enemied when a Sphere dies, only the person who got the final hit on it.
Kiradawea2011-08-21 22:32:02
I heard an admin state as such a while back. Before the spheres fell for the first time.

It's not that difficult, truth be told. The problem is more getting enemies to raise than killing.
Kiradawea2011-08-21 23:55:53
I suppose not. A few hunting buddies to do the attacking, and a few illusionists to throw reflections at those attacking, and making sure one of the attackers is a warrior so they know when to let me finish it. I suppose that could work...

The problem is that it is bugged and not possible to do (nodal queens are invulnerable, there are no bloated bone sharks with livers so we can't get the orbs, and the last time I bugged it they said that this was 'working as intended' because you are 'only supposed to be able to get livers when dropping the psychic web'). So they don't think it's a bug. It sure feels like a bug to me, though.
It's the last thing I need for Reaper, so it would have been done already if we could!
Ardmore2011-08-22 00:09:09
Someone should start the event or enable weekranks.

I think last time he did it he all but soloed it. We threw one or two shots and then just let him have it. Waiting until he shields or is otherwise low can be hard to see in spam and an unlucky crit can screw you.
Ixion2011-08-22 00:31:18
Yeah the orb crap has hindered it for a while, and people have solod them (myself included). You can't crit smobs, either.
