I read the events posts and I'm pretty optimistic about this. I had expected it to start rampaging by now but now it just seems like a promo event! Which is pretty neat. Also I was being facetious regarding my initial post and Estarra's reaction to so many Celest players being online. (EVENTRU. Y U SO MEEN? though I will admit, when this world-event started happening, my heart skipped a beat in complete and utter terror),

Get on Lehki. Find a diamond in around 5 minutes. Help another Seren find his in about 5 minutes and check how many rooms away I could be and still have the feather react. (Which seemed to be 24)
Get on an alt, spend almost an hour until I have no clue where I have where I have to yet check unless the admin have them popping up in like... the undervault, or some other hard to reach places that are totally novice unfriendly. ):

I think you can just wait until the feather poofs, get a new feather, and it will have a diamond in a different place. I've yet to try it with the feather poofing, but when my first phoenix went away, I got the diamond in another place.

In the interest of Science, my feather (that responded to nowhere I tried on prime or the UV for two hours) went into the Pool of Stars: you can't resummon another one even if the old one is destroyed. I don't think the feathers will 'poof' on their own; that was a one-off because the phoenices were bugged at the start of the event.

I stocked too much, so that not all the wares showed, or when I entered the stockroom I got teleported to the specters. So I was asked not to enter my shop stockroom for the time being, until the untrapped error was fixed.
