There is no chapel upon the Isle of Celest. Not that I can find at least. *pout*

Can we get ITEMLIST FIGURINE, please? Can it show the figurine's level and the number of months it has left, too? :)

I think the dang Ice Devils in Lusternia somehow leaked themselves to this massive Northeast Winter spit we just had. Lost power at my home since 4:15PM Saturday, have to stay over a relatives until I get it back. Yeah, I blame the event. :P Hope I didn't miss a good ending to it.
Sakr2011-10-31 11:17:44
There are still many rooms that have the miasma. Enough for about 300-400 more ice devils I think. Unless that wall of spam that arcanis leads walks around, then there is less for you Tully...

Remember, I don't hunt, I just wanted to see the end-game, unless it's happening this evening or tonight (or this will continue to be a long term thing).
Kiradawea2011-10-31 19:44:48
The amount of purposeful kill-stealing these devils bring out is... kinda disheartening.

Wishing I was currently able to adopt children. Stupid game spouse being internetless for the foreseeable future! :(

People who don't like (or understand) the autobid mechanism are annoying. I understand sniping auctions at the end. I do not understand people who don't have a clue as to how much an item is worth to them. :P

Kialkarkea:
Point that finger right back at Glom mister. They're the ones that started the "Statues for Everybody" trend.
or the admins for not giving the new orgs the guards to easily protect villages
Kiradawea2011-11-01 17:39:33
The key to the gate is getting much too expensive for me. A fun Astroglide like the Golden Planimeter, but with bids as they are, I'm worried I'll be seeing at something closer to 500 credits rather than 100 by the time the 15th roll around.
Also, with all the gold these devils brought in, we really should have had some gold auctions.

Ssaliss2011-11-01 17:41:56
Gold auctions would be awesome, yeah. Would definitely at least make a small dent in the current gold reserves.
Rika2011-11-02 00:08:21
Auction artifacts are overpriced. Nothing new.

I think Gold is saved for lottery tickets.
Different economic units, different methods.

Achaea has gold auctions for some of their regular artifacts. Could be a good idea.

Person A and B.
Person A sells at one price. Person B buys Person A's stock, and sells it at a new price. Person B's new stock sells, and a profit is made. Person A and Person B should be happy, because the asking price of Person A and Person B has been met.
BUT!!
In Lusternia, Person A sells at one price. Person B buys Person A's stock, at Person A's asking price, and sells it higher. Person B is occasionally snubbed and blocked from buying at Person A(s) shop.
The result is a simple word: Retardation.

Alternatively:
Lusternia is a smaller world with a much smaller economy.
People need certain necessities to function.
If person B is intentionally driving up the price by buying out everything at its normal price and reselling it at a higher one, people will gripe, because not only is it really easy to see it being done (unlike the real world where it is not so much), it is not an important part of doing business (again, unlike the real world where someone might focus on production and rely on resellers to move the product).
People may be forced to buy at a higher price, but that does not mean that they need to be happy about it. I remember gasoline up over $4 a gallon. There sure was a lot of unhappiness and griping about that, and no real target for everyone to focus on.
The real world also has no 'snub' feature.

Yeah, but what kind of ass would buy out all of the stock in every shop just to maintain a monopoly?
I think a good half or so of the playerbase, if they had the money to pull it off.

Falcon:
Yeah, but what kind of ass would buy out all of the stock in every shop just to maintain a monopoly? Egh, northeast was hit by the electricity cuts. Lebanon has the same though, timed electricity cuts every day, due to mismanagement of power and such, and a slow internet, so as far as incomes would go in Lusty, buying and reselling goods is the best way to make money without the constant fear of dying or losing in an influence battle. So people would gripe, yeah, but there are always alternatives.. just maybe please don't take it out on someone who has a very limited way to make money, or circle up, and sticks out of villages during revolts on the fear of lagging out, or can't hunt because that level 3 sip bonus turns into a lvl 1 sip bonus with the lag that goes on... /endrave
How about making useful goods to make money instead of driving up prices for no reason except one individual's personal profit?
